「It's almost impossible to get a good night's sleep at this hotel because of the constant traffic noise. I've stayed here many times over the years, but unfortunately this may be my last visit. During my previous stay, I was allocated a room on the second floor. I asked if I could move to the lower ground floor, where the traffic noise is noticeably reduced, but unfortunately no rooms were available. Well before this visit, I sent several messages requesting a lower ground floor room but...

「Lovely hotel within walking distance of Brandshatch circuit. A big shout out to Sam who decorated the room for my partners birthday. Also thank you to the staff for upgrading us. We had an enjoyable stay and will be returning on our next visit to Brandshatch Circuit.」

「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」
