位置不錯，鄰近火車站，服務態度不好，感覺沒禮貌，房間設施簡陋，面積很小特別是洗手間，暖氣也壞了幾次。下次我會選擇一家相同地區，但服務和設施好些的酒店。

I had booked a double room, but the owner tried to give me a single room, also they served me a half breakfast which was different from the table beside me even though I had booked it for two people and showed up as one person.

great hotel for family stay- value for money

Really lovely hotel. We had a room for us (2 adults) plus 3 teenage kids. We all had proper beds, no one on a camp bed or sofa bed. Perfect for visiting Madame Tussaud’s. The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the beds were comfy - I would really recommend this hotel for a short break with the family. For the price it was very good. The breakfast was good enough - the 2 ladies were very efficient serving everyone and keeping all the toast racks full. Bearing in mind it’s a 2 star, I think it was very good and would definitely stay again. We got it on Tesco vouchers which was a bonus!

Stayed for 2 days at Avon. Very Close to Paddington station. Pretty good breakfast and good service over all Felt a bit cold as we could not switch on Heater nor it seemed running. No lift so gotta lug our big luggages up to 3rd floor of course with help form Avon staff. Good for those who prefer to stay close to Paddington with nice breakfast

Good quality clean accommodation. En-suite could be a bit larger quite cramped. Staff very helpful. Supplied breakfasts first class. Would have no hesitation in staying again

Only saving grace was the reception staff who kindly honoured my check in at 9:45pm despite their T&Cs saying it was until 6pm, which is ridiculous in central london but my mistake for missing this. The bedroom, number 18, was the coldest room i have had the misfortune to stay in, despite the radiator being on the top setting there was zero heat given out, the single glazed windows let so much condensation through there was a pool of water on the sill. The bathroom had no door on it, and whilst this is a single room is a little odd. The other major issue was the noise of the plumbing throughout the night, I got about 1 hours sleep with being woken up every 10 minutes. When I came down to check out and raise the complaint and feedback in the morning there was not a sole to be seen with a message informing me to simply leave the key in a basket. I would not stay here again, nor will i reccomend it. Despite the lady on reception with the warm welcome.

I stayed in a small single bedroom room-just big enough for a bed, dresser, night stand and space to laydown a large suitcase. My main concerns were the incessant noise and vibrations from the trains passing by every few seconds.that made it hard to fall asleep. The staff and the morning breakfast were nice.

review - single room

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Was in single room - seemed clean but was really small room and bathroom and this room was underground. Must be a nearby tube tunnel as whenever a train went past was quite noisy and could feel it. Had two wifi networks but couldn't connect to one of them - the one that reached room. Hot breakfast but quite small - one egg, one sausage, one slice of bacon and a few beans. Then some yoghurt and other bits you could help yourself to.

駅から歩いて5分。手ぶらなら3分で行ける距離です。周りは同じような小さなホテルが並んでいます。駅の周りにはカジュアルなレストランやパブ、お土産屋さんなどがありにぎやかで夜でも歩けます。地下鉄の駅も同じところにあり観光でどこに行くのも便利です。ホテル自体は値段相応で部屋も狭くエレベーターもありません。私たちは4人1部屋という点と価格とパデイントン駅に近いという点で選びました。朝食が美味しくスタッフも感じがよかったので総合的には満足です。スタッフにお勧めのパブやfish＆tipsのお店を教えてもらい楽しい思い出ができました。

One night stay after night out in London

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Made to feel very welcome. Able to leave bags before and after booking in and checking out. Good location. Within walking distance of Paddington Station. Room quite small and decor a bit old fashioned and tired, this is reflected in the reasonable price.
