Nice boutique hotel very close to Harrods. More like a B&B although we opted not to get the breakfast package. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, walking distance from a lot of tourist attractions. The staff were pleasant and always helpful, bringing afternoon tea to your room at no extra charge.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the afternoon cream tea, and it was great having bottled water available with no charge. The hotel is located right near Harrods, but on a quiet side street. It was very walkable, and also easy to get to the Knightsbridge and the South Kensington tube stations. Breakfast was very good, but it was a bit awkward having to eat in the room, balancing a plate on your lap.

The general manager was amazing! She helped me celebrate my husband’s birthday and was my total vacation hero! She was so incredibly helpful and kind. 5 stars to this hotel because of HER. So so happy.

The staff and place is near to tourist spot, but not good for senior only 1 person and 1 luggage in the elevator are fit and they only choice to have breakfast in your room or in the reception area. its not a hotel a private apartment. Staff are friendly and easy to take a bus or train 10 min walk .

Loved how quiet and clean the room was. The location was great! Walking distance to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum and other great museums. 15ish minutes to the South Kensington station and great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Minor personnel preference issues - no hair dryer in the hotel room and no tub stopper to take baths. The room also had two doors to enter through with very limited space in between, which could be difficult to manage with luggage or after a day of shopping. But would overall recommend the hotel and definitely would stay there again.

I stayed here on the 9th of August in what was booked as a superior double, on arrival I found the TV wasn’t working and although I told the staff three times during my stay about this the problem wasn’t fixed and I was offered no recompense when I checked out. Very poor for a hotel of the quality

Great hotel on the Thames River and steps away from Windsor Castle. Older hotel but decent size room and great bath and shower. Definitely worth staying here on your way in or out of Heathrow and touring Windsor Castle. You also get a good feel for an English village vs bustling London. Staff very pleasant. We only had breakfast and it was excellent as well as the beautiful view of the Thames from the dining room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beaufort! We were there for 7 nights. The location was great! We loved that it was near so many many shops, sights and restaurants. It was also near several Underground Stations. It was in the middle of everything but the street the hotel is on was so beautiful and quiet. The lobby was also very pretty The staff was friendly, excellent and accommodating! The room was cleaned and refreshed each day of our stay. The hotel also provided chilled water bottles for us at no cost. This was a huge help as it was quite warm during our stay. We also loved the air conditioning! We would highly recommend the Beaufort and we would stay there again!
