It's a older building, so it's a walk up. I had a room with a bathroom, but the shared bathroom was right outside my room. So, in the middle of the night you could hear people going in and 3of the bathroom. It sounded like they were coming in my room.

6 flights of stairs was crazy with our luggage, no shampoo, no wash cloths. The beds need upgrade. my back was soar every morning. although I slept well. this is all exceptable for a $100/night hotel, however they are charging ridiculous prices. but it is London so they get away with it.

Not the friendliest of reception lady but the young man evening shift was lovely and helpful. My room was spotless and housekeeping did an excellent job. As there are no breakfasts served it would be a good idea to maybe have a bit more on offer other than tea or coffee. Also this is the first hotel i have stayed in where they charge you £5.00 for WiFi. Really that is dinosaur days. Don't really know if you would class it as family friendly, as was pointed out to me it's an ok hotel because it's a great location. The shops nearby are good and there is a Tube station 10 mins from hotel
