Locatie hotel kon niet beter! Voor de rest: wat verouderde kamers die warm waren. Ventilatie (fan) maakte veel lawaai. Incheckbalie niet aangenaam. Ontbijtbuffet was (veel) minder van keuze in vergelijking met de andere hotels in Londen die we deden. Minder punt: na het uitchecken op de factuur gezien ons meerdere snacks werden aangerekend van de minibar terwijl we maar 1 namen. Het duurde een tijdje aan de incheck balie om dit recht te zetten (had de indruk ze ons niet geloofden). Algemeen verblijf dus ok, maar we zouden niet opnieuw kiezen voor dit hotel.

The good: - Excellent location to get to all major attractions walking or via tube. (tip - there is a bus that goes from outside the hotel to St. Pancras station. Easier that navigating multiple staircases on the tube with suitcases) - Large rooms - Two large lounges with workstations and lots of seating and one has a coffee/tea/latte machine - A washer and dryer for guest use (one set and first come first serve but still handy) - I had two maintenance requests which were addressed quickly - Could cast from phone (Netflix) to TV Areas for improvement: - Furnishings and finishes are older and simple. If you are a 'Four Seasons' type, this isn't for you. - Some may find the area too busy. There was a protest at Trafalgar Square during my stay which required some rerouting. Overall I would stay again given the location and price.

Rooms were great, staff was very friendly and helpful! The filtered water was a great add-on in addition to the lounge for a bit of time to wind down before bed! The area is perfect, VERY close to various routes on the tube, busy with people yet safe during day and night! Definitely stay again!

The first room I was given had a window onto a dark shaft - the window did not close properly and was so drafty the curtains billowed out. Needless to say, I asked for another room and the staff were good about getting me a better room. The second room was very good. I did not try the pull out bed but it was fine to use as a couch. Linens and towels were fine. Bathroom was very good, shower worked very well. Kitchenette was rudimentary, microwave, tiny fridge, a kettle. Light over the sink did not work. The room was clean but needs a deep clean (like most hotels). Looking at the baseboards in the bedroom and the caulking in the bathroom revealed the need for a deeper clean. The front lobby is beautiful- soaring ceilings, amazing marble floor and walks, but not a chair in sight. One of the highlights of this hotel is their oak panelled living room, with stations for people to work on a laptop as well as a few tables and comfortable chairs and a couple of conversation areas. This room is set up tightly (close quarters) so you’re unlucky if there is someone holding forth doing a business meeting online or a loud group chatting who seem oblivious of the presence of others. Excellent coffee/espresso machine, teas and hot water are complimentary in this room. Access by key card to the living room. The staff were polite, pleasant and accommodating. I would suggest laundry carts so the cleaning staff do not have to carry armfuls of soiled linens and towels down the halls.

We love this hotel and stay here every couple of months to enjoy the local nightlife. However on this occasion the reception staff were cold and very unfriendly. This took us by surprise as on all other stays the staff were fantastic. All other parts of the stay were fantastic. The room was lovely and very clean. We will stay here again as all our other stays were great.

I stayed at Club Quarters Hotel, Trafalgar Square for three nights while visiting London. I appreciated the convenience of being able to check in and check out through the hotel’s app, which made the process quick and straightforward. That said, the mobile key functionality could be improved. On several occasions, the elevator and room door sensors did not reliably detect the signal from my phone. This was slightly inconvenient, particularly when using the elevator, and may be something the hotel could look into refining. The location is a major highlight. Situated right at Trafalgar Square, the hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the Tube station. Chinatown is easily accessible on foot, which was perfect for dining, and the nearby theatre district made it very convenient to attend musicals and evening performances. Overall, the excellent location greatly enhanced the stay.
