Never will come back. Disappointeing, dirty and dated hotel (i am not sure if i can evevn call this a hotel to be honest). Reception/staff poor attitude, lazy, lack of passion, and do not really care about the feeling/comfort/pleasance and the need of their guest (whenever you request something they would deny you and say "it is the company policy", unless you reason with them but my request are basics that any hotel would provide). My room is dirty, filthy, damaged (mould and dust everywhere, scaled shower head, scaled boiler, holes in the wall, and damged bit everywhere). No wonder they have a very poor scored reviews. I have been to many hotels in the UK and none operate as terrible as this. During the last night, they did not even make my bed which does not give me a good impression. Definitely a nightmare, ruin my stay in london. My family and i all agree that the hotel is so terrible that we wouldn't come back, nor recommend to anyone. There is plenty of hotel that are much better in Victoria or other places in London with similar or better price, but more importantly better quality.

Refused refund, when they had taken a booken and then decide to close for refurb with out any contact before hand!!! Please avoid

La ubicacion del hotel es inmejorable, solo mejoraria la situacion de las ventanas para q.ses.mas facil ventilar tanto la habitacion como los sh. No hubo cambio de toallas pero dejaron adicionales. En general una buena experiencia con el hotel.

Buena localización pero necesita reforma

Buena ubicación, bien comunicado y con fácil acceso a todas las atracciones. La pena es que el hotel necesita una buena reforma y mejorar su limpieza. Muchas cosas rotas, humedades, por no hablar de la moqueta... Si no se está dispuesto a limpiar muy bien no se debería poner moqueta Lo más peligroso: la ventana "guillotina" que de aguanta con un trozo de madero roto. Creo que este establecimiento no debería pasar los controles de H&S

Nous sommes arrivés et personne. Nous avons croisé une cliente qui avait réservé elle aussi et nous a dit que l hôtel était en travaux, les prises défectueuses, des literies monstrueuses (puces de lit)... Nous sommes donc partis chercher un autre hôtel.

Worst experience for a hotel. Good price but turned up to a place with scaffolding all there. The front desk really coudnt care. The were doing work inside also. Got to room.....electrics hanging off the wall, no towels, soap, toilet paper, tea , coffee, no fan with the heat etc not even the basic of basics were covered. Crap over the walls and scaffolding literally outside the window for workers to look in. I refused to stay and ask my gf to wait while go sort another hotel. Paid extra £40 at best western. The standards were 100% better. Then went back go my stuff and went to give the key back and no front person. So just left the key and walked out. My and my gf can accept basic stay for a price but that was another level!! A prison a better facilities.
