10/10 Excellent

"This place was very nice. I was surprised by how large the hotel was. We had two rooms, one in house 2 and the other in 3. We found that the beds were more comfortable in 2, but otherwise the rooms were of similar quality. The mattress in 3 wasn’t great. The ferry worked out most of the time. It had some delays and it doesn’t operate early in the morning."

"The room was clean and the facility was very clean. The hotel is dark and the room is dark. Compared to hotels that allow sunlight in and hotels that are painted with lighter colors. They clean your room once every 3 days. So we were constantly requesting towels and face cloths. Check in was super busy and there was someone trying to help you do self check in….but for us it was unsuccessful. The hotel is in a great area. Everything closes around 9-10am. Could use some other choices for TV stations. Mostly news and Weather channels. Overall nice. But could be better."

"As usual, we stayed over one night to catch our next flight to Grand Cayman in the morning. Our room was a generous sized king. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The bathroom fittings were all of excellent quality and perform perfectly. I did report that the mattress was at its end of life and the concierge thanked me for informing him."
