Hi there, Thank you for sharing your comments with us. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us as it helps us improve our standards everyday. Could you please tell us where did you book a double bed as we haven't got any room with double bed. Yeah we can't have the option for a shared kitchen! We have places for over 800 people and with a shared kitchen it would be impossible to keep it clean! Instead we have great restaurant and cafés which are really good value for money, especially when using the app exclusive discount! Hi Eric, Thank you for the time you took to review your review. We appreciate the feedback. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your stay with us. Our rooms vary in size, some are smaller and some are bigger but there is plenty of space for everybody and their luggage. We offer mixed and female-only dorms. We do not offer male only dorms unfortunately. We have multiple shower rooms on each floor, smaller ones and bigger ones.

Hi there, we are sorry that not having a guest kitchen put a dampen on your stay. We do have our own café which serves food from 7am until 10.30pm.

I am sorry for the inconvenience with the lift being out of order as this is in no stretch of the imagination incredibly frustrating, not only for our guests but also for our team. A technician was called out immediately and unfortunately there was very little that we could do. The problem was fixed as soon as possible, but I am sorry for the wait you incurred whilst with us. I hope that overall you had a nice stay and I do hope we get the chance to welcome you back to our hostel soon. Regards

Hi there, air conditioning is not common in the UK as temperatures rarely get this warm, we do have fans that can be placed in the rooms if required. We understand the elevator being out of order was frustrating, as it also was for our team. This is a matter of safety however.
