A small hotel that is perfect for a simple stay. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and shops around and the streets aren't too busy. The walk from Euston station can take 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. I had reservations about the shared bathroom but the hotel has 2 full bathrooms and two toilet rooms so I didn't need to wait to use it. The only downside is the old fashioned lift up window is sometimes wedged open with a block of wood and can be tricky to close. Thankfully the street noise goes quiet in the evening.

The room was clean but small. A metal chair was available for one person to sit. The room was too warm without a fan. Noisy street/ neighbourhood/ cars prevented opening of window . In future, warn that there are no lifts. Parking? Not sure.

It was an excellent place to discover around London. The staff were helpful, the only thing we were disappointed about was the cleanliness of the property. There were a lot of spider-webs on the corners of the wall and there was a lot of dust in the room, especially around the curtains.

Hotel was very nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Be aware depending on what room you book it may not come with en-suite toilet or shower however the communal showers were good and if the weather is Hot the shower gets very cold. Would stay here again. No air con in the rooms but was provided and fan to keep the room cool

We arrived at the hotel and we got shouted at by the person at the desk’s that we were too early to check in. We pleaded to leave our luggage as we have been travelling other countries. We were told in a passive aggressive way that there was no room to leave any luggage etc. After a while , there was a humanity in this person and let us leave the luggage in the hallway somewhere. We didn’t get back to the hotel until 8pm which then another person was at the desk. After so much negotiation we got into the room. We couldn’t sleep until 4AM because the next door occupancy was just talking and talking loudly. We didn’t feel comfortable and safe in the room. I didn’t have much sleep, it was a terrible experience and choice of the place.
