Lovely room and very helpful staff. A delicious breakfast daily! Only thing I’d add is grab bars should be installed in the showers for older guests as the shower is quite slippery. All in all, great place to stay, close to tube station and nice pubs. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Full breakfast with fruits, yogurt, eggs, cold cuts & pastries. Well appointed room with plush large towel & bathrobe & good bedding. The only negative is the thin walls of the bedroom.

A boutique type hotel which includes a generous continental breakfast buffet and is near to the Earls Court underground so very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel appears to have been updated relatively recently with a fresh modern feel in a traditional building. I booked a single room which was perfectly fitted out, spotlessly clean but the single, captains style bed would be short for most people and the small bathroom/shower stall difficult for a larger person to use.....I am small and 105 lb. The other downside to the single rooms is they all appear to be on the top floor and while there is an elevator to the 4th floor the 'fourth floor' single rooms were up a steep staircase. In saying all of this I would stay again but probably book a double room and ask about the size of the shower.

Great location one block away from Earls Court station in South Kensington, 15 min straight Tube ride to Westminster Woods station and major attractions. Nice small breakfast but wish it started before 7:30. Elevator first one person with suitcase only but thankfully it’s only necessary to ride it at start and end of stay.

This hotel was lovely. Excellent location. The room was plenty big enough for me. The air conditioning was very strong, which was perfect during the recent heatwave. I would stay here any time! The little balcony overlooked a cute garden and it was a nice view each morning.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location to the Earl’s Court Underground. The breakfast there is not worth mentioning as it was hard boiled eggs, yogurt, old fruit cheese croissant and toast. The staff there is super unfriendly. They barely say hello to you. The lift there is tiny and I would not use it. The rooms aren’t actually cleaned, just tidied. It was fine as a crash pad for a few nights but I wouldn’t recommend.

My room was up a flight of stairs from the elevator landing. It was EXTREMELY small with no where to put my suitcase. It was very clean and modern, however. Breakfast was great as was the staff.

Henley House was fantastic. The Earl's Court area is quiet - Henley House rooms were quiet as well. Room 23 has a small balcony that looks out on the park across the street. Excellent breakfast included and very helpful staff.

There is a reason that people keep returning to Henley house Hotel. This is a very comfortable place with lovely staff and quality breakfast. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. : and everyone seems to love the hotel cat which is blind! I met other guests and they always stay at the Henley house. It gets to be a problem trying to find a room since it’s always full.
