The hotel is great! I was apprehensive about the size of the rooms but I was pleasantly surprised. They are adequate and not claustrophobic. The vibe of the hotel is nice and everything was clean. The area is very walkable to soho and covent, the area has some homeless people around but I felt overall safe as a solo female traveler. Also have the tube station right out your door was a major plus.

The room had bleached spots on the carpet, but seemed clean. When leaving l asked for a cab and was told to either use their direct line to order a cab that only accepts cash payments, or to download Uber. The reception refused to call a regular cab, sending me out to hail one in the rain.

Vennepar med støvallergi som fikk kraftig reaksjon under hele oppholdet. Svært små rom, hvor seng (120cm?) og bad tar opp 2/3 av plassen. Kun en svært liten søppelbøtte som står i skapet på badet. Ikke mulig å åpne vinduer. Frokost er knapt godkjent. Brød, søt bakst, en enkel frokostblanding og tørr havregrøt man kan lage med varmt vann. Av pålegg er det kun søte langtidsholdbare produkter som nutella, syltetøy osv. Hadde hjulpet mye med bare noe ost eller skinke. Personalet var svært hyggelig og behjelpelig, men stort sett en person som ordner resepsjon, frokost osv. Internett fungerer fint, flere usb-kontaker for ladere, god dusj. Trygt og rolig område tett på hovedgaten. Husk å bestille romvask før kl 12. Hadde desverre ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen.

Absolutely the worst in the whole UK trip!

This hotel is the worst I had in the whole UK trip. Only good thing is location, but rooms are super small. The manager is faking to be polite. However, the service is absolutely horrible in accommodating for change/refund. Originally booked for 4 nights but changed my plan to only stay for 3 nights on hotels.com. I contacted them multiple times to change the booking through hotels.com around a week before arrival, but they were never able to change the booking. Then I tried to talk to them in person at check in and almost everyday afterwards, saying I don’t need the last day booking and need my money refunded. Also asked hotels.com to contact them to process my last day’s refund. The employees was polite to help me, but the manager was very stubborn and told me it’s impossible to process my last day’s refund because I booked through Expedia in their email, which is a different entity from hotels.com, which is absolutely nonsense. I felt discriminated as I was coming from Canada, and wasted around $300 CAD because of the slow and incompetent response by their employees. The 4.5 star review on Google feels like a scam. I’d definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to UK.

Great stay. The lounge is a nice area to relax! Comfy bed. Fun lighting in the rooms. I wish there was a place (either in the lounge area or in the room) to heat up food or put leftovers in a refrigerator.

Location location location. We stayed here for 10 days and it’s easily one of the best locations for underground access at Goodge Street and so many excellent restaurants available within a couple of blocks. Walkable to the whole SOHO area and River. One star deducted for one elevator inoperable the while stay. Opt for the breakfast if under £5.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, vous pouvez faire énormément de choses à pieds et les transports sont juste à côté si vous avez besoin du métro. Les chambres sont petites mais très bien agencées, salle de bain bien arrangée, propre, personnel adorable et très serviable.
