Cross the threshold and climb to the main level, where you’ll find the expansive open-plan living area. Awash in natural light, your eyes are immediately drawn to the exposed brick wall in the kitchen – evoking the sophisticated flair of an Upper East Side loft. It contrasts beautifully with the sleek white kitchen, made even more refined by the round edges of the counters and the mirrored splashback.

Nearby, the living area is cosy and bright, illuminated by the dormer windows. Relax on one of the two plush sofas and either watch a flick on the TV opposite or choose a book from the nearby bookcase. When you’re ready for some food or entertainment, the sun-drenched dining table is the perfect gathering place.

Meander through the hallway to reach the bedroom. Centred on an endlessly plush super king-sized bed and coloured a relaxing powder blue, this is the perfect space for some R&R after a long day of sightseeing. There’s plentiful storage and some large French doors if you need a bit of fresh air. The second bedroom is spacious and airy, and features a double bed.

The bathroom is spacious, modern and sleek, adorned all in grey tile with timber accents. A large walk-in shower with a rainfall head greets you at the end of the room, and you’ll also find a toilet and wash basin.

Then, climb one more flight of stairs and find the pièce de resistance – your own private rooftop terrace. Take in the rooftops of Kensington or enjoy a cocktail on the large outdoor sofa in the sun.
