去到酒店，他查不到我們在hotel.com的網上預訂，而櫃檯服務員的態度很差，好像不想接待我們。最後他說有房的，才辦理入住。房間很細得很，很迫！連行李喼也打不開，房間在一樓，對著馬路，沒空調，要打開窗，很嘈吵，光線不足，很陳舊，這稱不上酒店，只是B&B,但收酒店價！不好的感受與經歷，早餐是簡單英式，好過無咁解。地點算近地鐵站，還好的就是有wifi。下次一定不入住！！！！

Hotel molto comodo con i mezzii di trasporto. Camera piccola al terzo e ultimo piano ma perfortuna c'è un ascensore. Camera pulita e con tutti i comfort. Hotel perfetto per visitare Londra e rientrare in zona per cenare. Zona molto servita e con molti locali. Ottimo!

The staff and service were excellent along with the area. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but for that area, you really can’t beat the price!

Great for Wimbledon

I booked this hotel simply for ease of getting to Wimbledon. 2 minutes from Earl’s Court station, which goes directly to Southfield station ( the stop you actually need for the Wimbledon Queue ). It’s 5-6 minutes walk from there. Nice staff, although they thought I hadn’t already paid and asked for payment.. I showed them I already had, they then apologised. Also there wasn’t a tv remote in the room.. not the end of the world, but with No aircon in full English Summer, I heard another customer complaining about it. I was kinda quite lucky as I had room 202 & the open window blew a reasonable breeze in. That said, it’s a little noisy until around midnight’ish because you can hear the train station with the windows wide open… If you’re British, you’ll understand & be fine.. if you’re not British, then don’t stay in peak Summer if you can’t handle it.. temperature was 33-34 that day btw. I’d stay here again for the tennis anyway.

Awesome! They greeted me outside and helped me w my tonnage of baggage. Friendly, quick check in. Walkable to late dining options. Loved the bath tub and cool breeeze. Definitely will stay again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was convenient as earls court station is within a 3 min walk and there are a lot of places to eat as well, the room we stayed in was the one with an external toilet, the main issue with this is not the fact that it is external as it was fully disclosed during the booking process, but that the toilet is not next to the room, it makes going to the bathroom a little uncomfortable, specially at night since you have to pass in front of all the other rooms in the floor, the mattress could use a renovation since its springs are worn out and getting a well rest sleep was not possible. I could say it’s a good hotel to just spend the night

Estuvo bien, pero tienen qie saber que londres es una ciudad turistica y nos cobraron por tenernos las maletas y fue 5 libras por cada mal3ta y dejamos 6 maletas, 30 libras me parece exagerado, ademas que ni deberían cobrar si fuimos sus huespeses
