This flat was ideal for our weekend.

Everything was good and the little touches of milk in the fridge was lovely. Plus Patris could not have been more helpful, letting us drop our bags off early so we could get to Proms in the Park earlier than we first thought.

Wonderful location and perfect for a family with older children!

The Flat is located in such a beautiful part of London with such easy access to the Underground system. The beds are comfortable and with the sofa beds accommodated my family of five with three adult children. I was able to get prompt assistance from the owners no matter the question. They were also generous in letting us check in early and stow our luggage past check out so we could enjoy our last few hours in London before taking the train directly to Heathrow. It was very convenient. I happened to leave a library book at the Flat and Nancy is kindly sending it back to me overseas. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed and at home. I would definitely hope to stay in this location on future trips to London as well!

Couldn’t have been better!

This apartment was perfect for our family’s visit to London. The location was great for us. We enjoyed riding the underground and were near a few stops. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would recommend this to others without a doubt!

Daughter's graduation

Good location within walking distance of restaurants , cafes , pubs and shops . Fairly quiet , very comfortable beds with clean crisp linen and plenty of towels provided . Facilities good in the kitchen , although we eat out whilst there. Plenty of information from the owner regarding access and key location and was available if we neeeded him . Very nice weekend celebrating my daughter's graduation. Thank you Patris .

Perfect Location for The Albert Hall

We stayed at apartment for two nights whilst on a short visit to see Eric Clapton at the Albert Hall. The apartment is in a superb location, was very clean and tastefully decorated. Patris was easy to communicate with and very thorough with his directions. The only suggestion would be to have a coffee machine for the kitchen. Recommend the Da Mario Italian restaurant in Gloucester Road for dinner.

Lovely accommodation in great location

We loved our stay at this accommodation. Ideally it is better for a group of four due to two bedrooms. Everything was really great- it was very warm but there were fans in every room. Would recommend. Patris made communication easy& left a book with lots of advice .

Lovely flat in great location

We enjoyed all of London from this great apartment. The tube was close by as well as shopping and restaurants. Very clean and nicely appointed. I would come back and would recommend for any family.

Great location and a lovely flat for our family visit

Close to Gail’s, Waterstones and the tube - what’s not to love?!! Convenient for everywhere we wanted to visit in London. The flat itself is spotless and well laid out with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And quiet as well. Perfect for two couples or a family of four.

Phenomenal apartment!

Perfect apartment and location! My wife, two kids and I stayed for four nights. The owner allowed an early check in because there was no one staying in the apartment the night before. The apartment was stocked with water and fruit when we arrived. That was a nice touch so that we didn’t have to run out to get some food right away. I can’t speak highly enough about how well maintained the apartment is. I travel for a living and stay in a lot of hotels. The beds and linens were hotel quality both in cleanliness and comfort. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is pretty much equidistant between the Earls Court and High Street Kensington tube station so it’s very easy to get all over the city. Grocery stores, pubs and restaurants all nearby. Communication with the owner was easy. We arrived even earlier than expected from Heathrow and they were at the apartment waiting for us. Next time we are in London we will be staying here again. Would highly recommmed!

Great base for exploring London at Christmas

Patris was very helpful, coordinating with us as we landed in London, helping to move the bags into the apartment and ensuring we had some basic supplies, cereal, fruit, coffee, shampoo etc. This is a great location, especially for attending the Horse Show at Olympia. Flat was very comfortable and pretty well equipped and we spent a great deal of time relaxing there. Some suggestions for minor improvements. 1. Hooks in the bathrooms for robes, 2. Hooks in the hallway for heavy winter coats, 3. Safety rubber mat for the bathtub, 4. Working plugs for both sinks to save water, 5. Not sure if the oven works but we had no success with it, 6. Ice cube trays for the freezer, 7. Getting the downstairs key to work was sometimes difficult. Overall a very good stay in a property that we would recommend to others.

This apartment is located in a traditional London townhouse on a quiet street just a block off a main road. Its just a short walk to either the Earl's Court or Kensington High Street tube stations with some nice restaurants, pubs, grocery stores and other services nearby. We had easy communication with the owner and although we arrived rather late we got in with out a hitch. The apartment is one flight up or you can use the elevator. You will find a comfortable living room with two sofas that can be turned into beds although we didn't need them. They are not the most comfortable sofas but all the pillows helped. The large screen TV receives plenty of channels and the wifi worked fine. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave and a small one piece washer/dryer. The dryer didn't dry the clothes completely but we may have not operated it correctly. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The bathrooms are tiled, modern and clean with a shower in one and a tub/shower in the other. Plenty of hot water too. We found that the handles on the faucets were hard to operate with wet hands. The building is quiet for the most part however there was a party in the flat above us on Saturday night that was annoying and lasted into the wee hours. We would stay here again and really enjoyed living like Londeners for a week.
