Great location, ok price. Room size is not bad for London, room is clean, shower and hot water are nice. Our room was quiet until the last night someone stayed next door, but this is no guarantee in any hotel. Overall experience is good.

Great Location, perfect for overnight stay

Good value by London standards in a convenient location with clean rooms. Perfect if you just want a comfortable nights sleep and don't intend to spend time in the room.

지하객실 무슨 생각으로 만들어놨니ㅎ

숙소 3박이나 예약했는데 우리나라로 따지면 육층 건물이던데 첫날에 그 많은 방중에 지하를 줬음 동양인이라 그런가 싶었지만 딱히 그런거같지는 않았는데 지하실은 리얼로 최악이에요 일층로비소리인지는 모르겠지만 사람들 걸어다니는 소리 구두소리 같은거 계속들리고 방음이 안좋아요 또 심지어 지하실에 조식실도있어요 방음도 안좋은데 무슨 생각으로 조식실옆에 객실 만들어놓은건지 이해가 안됐어여,,첫날 잘때 사람들 걸어다니는 신발소리, 아침에는 새벽부터 조식실에 사람들 왔다갔다하는소리로 잠을 제대로 못자서 다음날 방바꿔달랬더니 바꿔줬어요 이번엔 6층방으로 줬는데 확실히 자기에 소음이 없어서 좋았어요 지하방 배정받으면 바꿔달라하세요ㅠㅠ 그것빼고 남자 카운터에 앉아있는애 하나 좀 싸가지 없어보이는거 빼면 방도 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗하고 좋아요 지하실만 아니라면 재방문의사 있습니다

The property is super well located, lots of commerce and great transportation. The room was Ok for the price... The only bad thing was the bathroom door, which was very hard to open .

Simple but clean and great value

Somewhat underwhelming on arrival, however extremely clean and well serviced each day. Breakfast was kept fresh and was more than adequate. Friendly breakfast room staff and room staff. More B&B than hotel but great value by comparison.

i lived in B/F and whole night hearing noise from raining drops on air-con. Itinerary sudden changes sometimes is unavoidable. I request deferring room stay at least 1 month ago but I was rejected because of rigid payment terms.

No sleep.

Such a shame, the room was spotless, a great location and nice facilities, however the large french windows in my room didn't shut properly meaning it was extremely noisy all night and I didn't get much rest. I did show the staff member who was very nice and tried to fix the issue but wasn't able to. I'm sure the other rooms are quieter!

Tight spaced basement room - could be better

I was disappointed when that we were placed in a basement room, next to the stairs. In the mornings it was very loud, with everyone having to come down the stairs, and walk past our room, to go to the breakfast area. The shelf in the bathroom, underneath the mirror, was loose and at an angle - making it impossible to place anything on there, as it would slide off. Not much room/space around the bed - I kept on banging into the radiator. (The bed’s placed in a tight corner of the room). Plus sides... The room was warm and clean, and the hotel was in a good location, which suited our needs. I’d consider staying again, but perhaps not down in a ‘tight and noisy’ basement room!

딱 별3개

호텔건물자체가 낡아서 내부가 아주 깔끔하진 않았습니다. 들어가자 마자 샤워기 헤드가 떨어졌는데 리셉션 직원이 올라와서 고쳐주었습니다. 방은 매우 작은데 런던인거 고려하면 그러려니 합니다. 주변에 마트, 식당 많고 교통이 좋아서 편리합니다.

Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, ein gebrauchtes Handtuch hing von Anfang an im Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte keine Auskunft über die U-Bahn Verbindungen geben. Das Frühstück war lieblos gemacht. Alles in allem ein schlechter Service.
