The location of this apartment is Kensal Rise which is situated in a little nook of North West London, between Wembley and Regents Park in the Borough of Brent. It goes by the name of Kensal Rise and Kensal Green.
Kensal Rise/Green has become a hub for creative types, attracting musicians, actors and authors over the years to its newly gentrified streets and boutique businesses.
It is undoubtably a fashionable place to live right now.

One of the biggest attractions is that it is located in Zone 2 offering an easy journey into the centre of London. Kensal Green underground is on the Bakerloo Line which goes straight to Oxford Circus, Piccadilly, Charing Cross and Waterloo.
You also have the overground station which connects with Euston, Richmond, Clapham, Hackney and all the stops in between.
With the M1, M4 and M25 also nearby it offers quick journeys to Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton airports.

There are a number of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Chamberlain Road is the place to head for the shops and eateries, boasting coffee shops, delicatessens and good pubs.
No matter whether you eat North African, Italian, Portuguese, Middle Eastern or British cuisine you will find something here.

Harvest is in the heart of Kensal Rise village, offering both dining in and eat out. An all day restaurant serving coffee & breakfast from 8am weekdays and 9am weekends, through to brunch, lunch & dinner.
A beautiful restaurant and bar with a lovely hidden secret covered garden in the back.

As you step into Chingón Tacos, you`re not just entering a restaurant searching food near me; you`re embarking on a culinary adventure. The vibrant atmosphere is just a teaser to the explosion of flavours awaiting you.

Sacro Cuore
Sacro Cuore is a traditional Neapolitan Pizzeria in Kensal Rise. They opened in summer 2012 and the pizza they make is identical to what you would eat in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. They use the same ingredients, the same cooking method and the same oven.

PLEASE BE AWARE - The property is currently up for sale, so there might be agents wanting to access the flat for viewings during your stay. We have asked that they give as much notice as possible in order to limit any disruption to your stay. Our sincerest apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is on the 3rd floor, no lift.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For bookings of 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking.

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
