The location is great. The facilities were horrible. The mattress felt like the springs were penetrating your body, no refrigerator, no Air Condition. We literally slept with the windows wide open every night and lastly, we had to take cold showers. I will never stay there again.

Det är ett billigt och enkelt brittiskt hotell. Rummet vi fick var väldigt litet. Vattnet i duschen var i bästa fall jummet. Men det är väl ungefär vad vi väntat oss. Det var välstädat och det fanns vattenkokare med tre och kaffe. Läget är perfekt.

Tres proche de tout, et personnel sympathique mais hotel en tres mauvais etat, literie catastrophique, sale, mitigueur d'eau cassé et malgre un signalemen, rien de fait. Je pensais les avis des autres voyageurs exigeants, mais le minimum nest pas rempli.

I've stayed at many of the little hotels along this row in Paddington. Most of them are pleasant. This one, ah, where do I start. If you want a hot shower, roll the dice. I had one during my five days there. Otherwise, it doesn't matter what time of the day or night you want to shower, it seems like they're saving money by not heating the water. Another problem. On the first night I was there, I spilled some ketchup on my sheets. Even though I was there for another four nights, the sheets were never changed. They were simply smoothed out. And if you want to ask anyone at the reception desk for anything, roll the dice again. Except for my check-in, reception room desk was never unlocked, and I never saw another person there again. I'll stop there.

Mattress needs replacing desperately,sheets were clean but the over cover was very old dirty ,pillows covers were clean ,bathroom floor most tiles broken and grout missing ,shower unable to regulate temperature so was very hot ,no shower gel but soap to wash your hands on the sink .

I enjoyed the area of Paddington where it is close to the train station to get around the city and the hotel staff was able to take care of us for our room and appreciated the stay.
