Location was great. That’s about it. A few times I asked the reception for help and they weren’t very helpful. We asked if Kensington Palace was within walking distance and were told no, only to find it was pretty much around the corner. But for the price, it was fine.

Hotel was easily accessed from Notting Hill Gate underground station (5 minutes walk). Room was comfortable for family of 3, bathroom en-suite (small but good shower). Tea/coffee in room, and air conditioning. Room was downstairs so would have been difficult with a lot of luggage.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean and the A/C was perfect during the heatwave! Only downside was no lift (and being on the 4th floor) and no hot water to have a wash or shower in. But for a 1 night stay it was pleasant.

The room was clean and well maintained, however, the shower didn’t have much water power and it didn’t drain very well. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was just perfect for what I needed to do .

Considering the neighborhood in London this should have been a nicer hotel. Just poorly maintained. There was no hot water the day I was there. The staff was very nice. Linens were clean.

I booked this hotel for the night prior to a long flight and a period of overseas travel. My expectations weren’t particularly high, as I know what I paid is pretty cheap for London. It was as expected. Scruffy, a bit grubby, outdated and in need of decoration, broken light switches and windows. The tiny sink and general cleaning wasn’t great, but it was comfortable, if somewhat hot. Hard to ventilate with tiny windows, but needing blinds down for privacy. No air-conditioning, just a fan. I didn’t much like that I had to go down a narrow staircase and it seemed like, going through the staff area, with sheets and washing and cleaning products everywhere. I was happy however that I was next to the fire escape! No help offered with my big suitcase to get up and down the stairs, but maybe I should’ve asked. The biggest positive for this hotel was the location; five minutes from Notting Hill Gate tube station.

Super fint og hyggeligt hotel. Fantastisk beliggenhed ift metro, park og butikker. Roligt kvarter. Virkelig venligt og imødekommende personale. God renlighed.
