The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, especially if you’re visiting Wembley Stadium as it’s only a short walk away. The staff were all friendly and polite, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Bathroom was really gross. Mould along the ceiling, dirty shower, toilet leaking at the flush button. Bedside lamps didn’t work. The room was over 30 * when we checked in (during a storm) and had to open windows and turn off the radiator to cool it down. Finally, the restaurant and bar were closed when we returned at 10pm on a Saturday, despite signs that there would be music until 2am. I would not recommend.

Great place to stay if you have an event to Wembley. Walkable distance and so many things are close to it. Staff was helpful as there is no lift.

I was due to stay here however I got a voicemail a little over an hour before checkin saying that they had cancelled the reservation, without any attempt to either apologise or provide an explanation. When I then rang up to check what was going on I was told that I had asked to cancel the reservation which is just not true. It's safe to say I will not consider booking here, or with this chain, again.

Functional, but for the price should be better. Won’t go back unless it improves. Air conditioning would be a start, the fans provided were lacklustre.

Booked for going to a concert in Wembley. About 20 minutes from Wembley Central and 10 minutes from Wembley stadium. Good we didn’t have to queue for the tube after the concert!! Lovely wee beer garden serving all kinds of drinks . Food was amazing , pity they don’t serve breakfast. All reasonably priced. Rooms generally clean, windows don’t shut properly and the curtains were grubby but other than that the room was fine. Would stay again
