Great location and suitable for 1 night after a concert. The room had enough space, bathroom too. The room was roasting hot when we arrived because the radiator was on max. Couldn’t get a window open and the fan was very rickety. We left the room for 5 hours and the temperature had dropped but was still very warm. The photo is of the sign that was on the reception desk. Thankfully either we had a weekend where it stopped early, or we were shattered and managed to fall asleep. The mattress was rock hard with no give, whereas our friends was soft that rolling out of the dip wasn’t an option. There are no in room tea/ coffee facilities. There was a “coffee/ tea bar” with a water machine that can dispense hot water next to a table with coffee granules and tea bags. We personally decided if we had to be suitably clothed for people to see us, we might as well go to the Black Sheep Coffee shop around the corner.

okay hotel, close to wembley for concerts, rooms are basic, no A/C so very warm, thick covers all year round and hard mattresses, bathrooms are lovely but the whole room lack amenities, okay for a one night stay, in a great location!

When we arrived at this property before a concert, we were told that our room had already been booked out so there was no were for us to stay. This apparently happened to 40 other rooms on that day. The staff made no effort to provide other accommodation or even give any advise and wasn’t really apologetic. Terrible would not recommend! Since leaving I’ve tried to call the hotel and the phone line has been disconnected. And the chain of the company Ovo say you can only talk to the hotel direct as they won’t deal with any complaints, but also confirm the number is not working so suggested I popped into the hotel (which I replied if I was close enough to pop in I wouldn’t have needed the hotel in the first place) terrible customer service. DO NOT BOOK!

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

We booked this hotel for Coldplay. We did this as soon as Coldplay announced the reschedule from Monday to Friday. As we booked it so soon, the hotel had not had a chance to elevate their prices. We were happy that we had got a hotel for an acceptable price. We were left absolutely fuming when we came to check in on Friday to be told our room had been given to someone else. They said they had been overbooked and obviously the room was given to the highest payer. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. We had driven over 3 hours to get there, parked up about 20 mins walk from the hotel. We were promised (and I have in writing) that they will refund the room booking PLUS compensation due to them breaking the agreement. We have so far received nothing. We contacted OYO Customer Service who weren't even prepared to give us any contact details for the hotel...not even the Manager's name. They could not even tell us the CEO of OYO Hotels. A quick check online we discovered this and have contacted him via X. I suggest that everyone else that was let down on this day also contact the CEO (and other days as they admitted this had happened before...it's a regular thing...we're giving you this warning! DO NOT STAY HERE!!). I will do everything I can to drag this hotel's name through the mud. If anyone affected would like to contact me directly, we can sort this out as a group and hopefully we will get what they promised us, ie. compensation. samjaynecollier at gmail.com.

Scammers. Please do not waste your money

They cancel bookings when they can increase the price and make more money leaving you stranded. They do not care at all. Left multiple people stranded with nowhere to stay in London. Do not book. Should be removed from hotels.com

Great overnight stay

Basic but clean and tidy just what you need for an overnight stay. The attached pub/restaurant serves great burgers with sides even vegan. There is curry on the menue as well.

It’s essentially a hostel quality room with a private bath. Zero amenities other than hand soap. Not even a hair dryer. No A/C. They did let me check in very early and were very kind staff. It was at most a 10 min walk to Wembly Stadium. I felt safe as a woman walking back alone from the concert to the room. Exceedingly overpriced for the quality. But for the walkability to the stadium, I would stay there again for proximity.
