Living Room: Light-filled lounge with large window facing the busy road. Smart TV, comfortable sofa, desk setup, and modern decor.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, and storage.
Balcony: Small outdoor space with table and chairs; overlooks road with glimpses of the Thames.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, hanging rail, bright natural light
Bathroom: Clean and modern, with full bathtub & shower, heated towel rail, mirror cabinet, and essentials.
Workspace: Small desk by lounge window, ideal for remote work or study.
Extras: Iron, vacuum, fast Wi-Fi, fresh linens & towels provided.
NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby.
Guests will have access to the whole flat. Please note there are stairs to access the flat via a communal entrance and there is no lift in the building.

WHO IS PASS THE KEYS
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We provide professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
