I have stayed here many times and enjoyed my stay each time but this time my room was hot as hell and even though a staffer was happy to help, my room did not cool down after the change.

A fair to good stay; very convenient, accessible, love the staff. Down side, no mini fridge, or drawers for storage. Westerners remember to travel with UK or EU adapters for your devices.

The room is clean, Bed is very comfortable I must say but it will be good if customers are provided with bottled water and at least have a small fridge in the room. Most of the staff lack good customer service especially the female staff.
