Great place to stay while attending events at O2 arena. Short 20 min walk to O2. Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and very modern. We enjoyed our stay!

It’s perfunctory at best. The room had 2 wireless chargers both broken!? There is a large mirror but no power sockets nearby. The Room was tired and tatty, but at least it was clean. Meh!

Although the lift was broken, they accommodated us on the 1st floor which was perfectly. The bar staff were lovely and reception helpful. Could have done with more parking but we got there early so it wasn’t a problem

Breakfast: great selection but not great quality and cheeses and cucumber dried out around the edges only one tiny bowl of yogurt, cooked food hadclearly been hanging around also - coffee is from a machine so you can’t taylor it - very disappointing not worth the £19 each in any way.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The parking is very expensive and is basically parking on the pavement outside the hotel. The hotel itself is dark and dingy, the corridors are black. The restaurant prices are ridiculous, probably due to the extortionate prices, even at peak breakfast time it was empty. The room was dark, lighting inadequate, view from window considering the location was awful. Bed uncomfortable, pillows lumpy, shower had no power. Good location for the O2 and Greenwich but that all it's got. Not recommended.

Perfect location to stay for the O2 arena Beautiful rooms Clean and tidy Bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay again!

Not the best place to stay. Far from many things and shops. A lot of faulty equipments. The elevator was not working for the entire stay . There was dog poop on the stairs .

Stayed here recently for a concert at the o2 and it was the perfect hotel for the occasion the check in staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was a clean well designed place, the room was very comfortable for the nights stay as well The walk is also very easy from the o2 and even at night we found it a safe and comfortable journey I would definitely stay again for any future events at the o2

The room was clean, some parts of the wallpaper had started to peel, staff were really nice and welcoming, they helped wherever they could, moved us rooms as there was a strong smell of sewage coming from our bathroom, breakfast was nice

Felt like there were no staff present at all. Waited for someone to serve us for a beer in the evening and a coffee the next morning and just got the feeling the staff couldn’t be bothered. Check in was also very awkward being asked some really random questions and not just asking for my name and booking confirmation like any other normal hotel. Location is a bit of a dive too, not great.
