Convenient and clean litte hotel with mini fridge, free coffee, tea, toiletries and fan! Safe and cozy building I love the kindness of the hotel concierge and the cleaning lady Highly recommended!!

I originally had some apprehension with staying here based on other reviews, but I was looking for somewhere cheap- and WOW. I loved the stay here!! The beds were clean and comfortable, the bathroom was also clean and the staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel as it’s just down the road from the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire (what we came for) and both of Shepherd’s Bush’s tube stations are less than a 10 minute walk away!! Additionally, many reviews mentioned that they booked Sapphire and were asked to stay in the Pearl (sister hotel) this was also the same case for us, however, instructions to do so were clear and simple so don’t worry. A 5/5 star stay for sure, if I’m ever in Shepherd’s Bush again, this will be the hotel I choose!!

This is a clean friendly budget hotel. Stayed in a double room en suite. Was a bit like Harry Potter as it was under the stairs, however it was very quiet and the bed was sooo comfy almost slept as well as i would at home.

After I booked this hotel my partner read some terrible reviews about this hotel but they had a no refund policy so we still went ahead. Most of the bad reviews that I read all complained about staying in the Sapphire's sister hotel, the Pearl. For us and for the price we paid (Around £55.00 per night) it was ok. The decor wasn't bad and the beds were clean and comfy. The only thing that let it down was the poor shower pressure, the rusty soap holder (it was so bad the whole holder was literally brown with rust) and it could do with a lick of paint here and there. But as I said for the price we paid it was ok.

I really liked the location of the property which is close to many shoppings and convenient stores. But the walls of the room were presenting stains of molds. Besides they can improve the facilities in the rooms by adding a tray for tea and coffee bags, cutterly, glasses and not one or two plates and a microwave. I did kot appreciate the fact that they lodged me neither in Sapphire hotel nor in Pearl hotel but in another sister hotel of Sapphire hotel which was next to it.

Didn’t stay at the sapphire had to go a few doors down the road to pearl hotel the overall location and cleaniness was good however it was so hot in my room I had the fan and window open for both days and nights the bed was the most uncomfortable felt springs and the base kept separating. Not entirely happy for the pricey

Very much enjoyed my stay.
On both occasions that I have booked to stay at the Sapphire, I was given a room at their sister hotel, Pearl, instead. Not a problem because the staff are welcoming, polite and very accommodating. I was given a larger room than the one I originally booked, which was very clean, spacious, quiet and had all of the amenities advertised such as a hairdryer, toiletries, fridge and fresh towels. I enjoyed my stay and will be back for sure.

Everything was great for me. Kind staff, clean place, convenient location. My only suggest would be to relocate the fridge because you get cold by sleeping next to it. And properly seal the window frame because cold air went through it. Apart from that, it was a nice stay and if I return to London I would stay at the same place.

Although I was offered Sapphire’s sister property when I checked in (which was annoying), the overall property was decent. No elevator so lots of stairs to climb if your on the top floor. A bit noisy with outside traffic at all times. Good access to transport links and restaurants etc.

The was by far the worst place I have ever stay . False advertisement in the pictures u have on website. No lamp even in room show in picture. No phone in room . Dirty bathroom and mold on ceiling! Bathroom so small u can’t even change in there. Not in pictures they look nice . Closet filthy one wire hange and smelled aweful! No place for luggage except floor . Maybe 75 ft in total sq ft for 2 beds! Nothing like pictures! Do not stay here
