Convenient for Central Line. Not brilliantly maintained - our room had no plug in the basin - surely the cleaner must have seen that; but that was less of a problem than it might have been because the basin waste was partially blocked and it took 2-3 minutes to empty. Breakfast OK, but no muesli or granola or similar.

Abrupt and rude staff on check-in. Rooms poorly maintained. Air-conditioning not working in first room so was moved to another room,just as poorly maintained as the first. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, watermarks on the taps and corroding mirrors in the bathroom. Plus side very very convenient for the tube and the train to Wembley. Didn't have food there so can't comment. It would only take some very basic updates to make this hotel better, but I won't be choosing to stay here again.

this hotel is perfect for central line to London, and Heathrow, and the staff are nice but the hotel is tired, the rooms & bathrooms need refurbishing I will still stay here because it is perfect for me to get into London - but it could be nicer

Our stay was okay overall. The best part was definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The room itself wasn’t the greatest. The AC barely worked, but after we mentioned it to the front desk, they gave us a fan which helped cool the room down a little. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable, and both of us woke up with sore backs each morning. The bathroom was the biggest downside. The shower was either freezing or way too hot, and it leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time we used it. It looked like this had been an issue for a while because the bottom of the bathroom door had obvious water stains from it from previous guests. The staff really did their best, but the rooms could definitely use some updates and better maintenance.

It is a great hotel for an overnight sleep in the area. I particularly like the friendliness of the staff and, especially, the curry available in the restaurant. As a regular at the hotel, 2 times a year gor the last 4 or 5 years, I find that yhe WiFi is pretty stable an great for my purposes.
