The hotel is situated well for the river taxi and tube station. We found the location perfect. The staff are super friendly. Cleanliness needs attention. However, the bed, sheets and pillows were all clean. It suited us as the price is good. You sort of must know for that price it won't be the ritz. Nice hot shower too.

Arrived at midnight. Host gave us code. Key was left with my name on it. Room was clean, bed comfy. Short Walk to Victoria Coach Station. Would stay again.

I had 2 reservations during my stay. My double room was adequate, but my single room had multiple issues. The shower had water coming out of the wall (so the tube leading to the showerhead wasn’t fastened properly. No lights ever came on in the bathroom, and I honestly had to play with the light switches for about 5 minutes before they came on over the bed. Also, upon our first leave of the hotel, we attempted to check the door code to ensure it unlocked, and got asked by the disembodied voice of the front desk clerk what we were doing, when, if we’d just come out of the hotel, it was obvious. He was rather rude.

The location of the hotel was great. Very convenient for buses and the underground. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Be aware that if you need to leave your luggage there before your check in time, it’s at your own risk. It is not secure, just a public corner of the lobby. We had to find a luggage storage place to ensure our belongings were secure. Our room was on the 2nd floor but still had 4 flights of stairs to climb, no elevator so if anyone in your group can’t do stairs make sure you can get a lower room. Door locked with a physical key which was charming except you also must use it to lock once you’re inside. In an emergency, this could be an issue for exiting in a rush.

Is not a hotel, as advertised, is more like a hostel with private rooms. Bed was horrible. The room was freezing cold and the heater wasn’t working so I could barely get any sleep. The toilet wasn’t working properly. If they advertised as a hostel with private rooms I would have had a better idea of what I was paying for. The location is good but there are better option out there in the same location for similar price or a bit higher but totally worth paying a bit more for a comfier room.

Hotel bien situé, pas loin du métro. Chambres tout a fait ok, pour le prix. On a été accueillies par une jeune femme tres gentille, qui nous a tout gentilement expliqué. Depot des clés et arrivée très simple.
