Great spot for our 2 night stay in London. Close to lots of shops, restaurant, and transportation. No A/C, but was great during our September stay. Room was great, nice to have a kitchen area!

Third time staying here. Staff great. Arrived early and they hold on to your luggage until check in but our room was ready so managed to get in, unpacked and out. Plenty storage, fridge (greatly appreciated as London was roasting) and other kitchen utensils but we didn't use as we ate out Looking to get booked again for next year!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the noise levels overall were okay! The room could have been cleaner but it was all okay. The location is right near tube stations and has a handful of lovely pubs and places to grab food The biggest downside was the bed! The mattress was damaged/soft on one side so with two us staying it was rather uncomfortable and very easy to roll out the bed accidentally! There was also a fire alarm issue one morning that persisted for a good amount of time.

Having my own studio whilst visiting London really made the stay more authentic. Having a laundry on the premises was a complete lifesaver (Note: only open from 8am-8pm), and the location was top notch! I will definitely be back!

Even though our original accommodation was meant to be at North Gower but had to change to Cartwright Gardens due to maintenance, it was very nice and close to all amenities. They were very accommodating finding us a room on the lower level so that we did not have to cart our luggage up 4 flights of stairs.
