We had a great stay!! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and they left birthday balloons and a card to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Delicious breakfast too.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is great, and they have done an excellent job of converting an older townhouse into a comfortable hotel - even very quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Having a room on the very top floor was a little challenging with all the narrow stairs, but if you are aware, you are prepared. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The hotel was well located and the breakfast was good (no GF options). I had booked a single room and it was as small as I expected. The hotel was well furnished and staff helpful but the AC leaked so badly we had to switch it off and the mattress was very lumpy and sloped so badly I was falling off the single bed! Reasonable for the money but I wont be rushing back.

Perhaps my expectations of a 5 star luxury hotel were too high, but I really didn't feel this stay lived up to what I had hoped. We didn't have a warm welcome, it was very transactional with no smile and we really didn't feel like a valued guest. My husband was mistaken for another customer rather than acc

Ok, but not a 5 Star. Public spaces good, but rooms are cramped and a little shabby for these prices. No lift. Safe didn't work, towel warmer didn't work. Breakfast is basic. Extra charge for hot breakfast.
