Everything is very basic. It’s like a budget airline, if you need better services (such as WiFi and luggage storage), you will need to pay more. Good location - with 10 mins walk from Victoria train station.

Hotel was disgusting, had no tv, no heating just a plug in heater, there was loads of hair all over the bedding from other people just overall was disgusting

Decent place to Stay

I needed a place to stay for one night. This was fine for my needs. Location is easy for transport. I would stay again for 2-3 nights. By no means luxury but comfortable for a business stay over.

Man får, hvad man betaler for. Det er nok den dårligeste seng jeg har sovet i. Man lå på madrassens fjedre og den knagede hver gang man drejede sig for, at ligge bedre. Varmt vand hver anden gang man skulle i bad. Ikke særlig renligt og lille bitte værelse selvom det er hvad man kan forvente i England til få stjerner. Det bliver ikke her næste gang

Skittent og forferdelig

Hotellet svarte ikkje til forventningane/bilder og omtale ved bestilling! Var skittent på rom og bad, uhøflig og lite imøtekommande resepsjonist. Hadde bestilt 4. Mannsrom og det var ikkje plass til koffertene. Vi flytta ut av hotellet etter få timar. Dei kunne ikkje tilby nytt rom til oss. Pga dette fekk vi ekstra kostnad. Vi var veldig skuffa over hotellet!!

Horrible

Booked for 2 nights but could only stay one night as it was so awful. Booked into another hotel for 2nd night. The man behind reception was very unfriendly and unhelpful, hotel was disgusting, dirty and unkept. Asked about fire escapes and was told there was 2 staircases no other means of escape, even though we were right at the top of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

First room looked like a standard double that they added a single bed too, floor of the bathroom was loose. Paid a fee of £30 a night to change rooms. This room was bigger but very very dirty. The linnen had stains, there were hairs in de bed, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, the toilet brush must have been a few years old and disgusting and there was mold in the shower. And this was not cleaned any of the mornings we were their. We did get new linnen every day but all of them had some sort of stain. Breakfast was a continental breakfast bit very limited choice, nothing for someone who does not eat gluten, so we did not make any use of it.

Local muito aquem do que estava descrito no anuncio da Hotels.com Os 3 integrantes de minha família tiveram problemas respiratórios e alérgicos por conta do MOFO apresentado da unidade. Foi solicitado troca de quarto, o que não foi atendido pela recepção ( que chamo aqui de decepção ). Vários itens com problemas... - Pequeno almoço sem condições - Local Sujo - Colchão com defeito - Cama muito ruim - quarto de banho sujo com cabelos nos ralos e piso - Papel higienico no chão ao invés de armario - Pia de lavagem toda suja - muito triste dispender de um valor ( que não é barato ) e ter que parmanecer em local totalmente degradado. Não recomendo a ninguem esse local que jamais possa ser chamado de Hotel. Creio que os orgãos fiscalizadores de Londres poderiam intervir para melhorar o ambiente desse BLAIR HOTEL. #blairhotelnevermore
