Really nice hotel! Close to the subway, Picadilly Line directly from Heathrow. Small rooms, but clean and fresh. The staff was great! Close to places for breakfast, beer and other important stuff!

Great value - nice little hotel.

Good location at a great price. No frills, but the receptionist was very welcoming, and the room was comfy, though quite snug. Perfect for a one night stay or if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room.

I couldn’t find a hotel I wanted so booked the Jade. What a fab hotel. Great staff, clean and comfortable. Great customer care. I’ll be booking again very soon.

Nice little place near the V&A, natural history, royal Albert and science. Supermarket (Sainsbury) just 2 minutes away and clean. Mini fridge, sink and microwave ware available and clean. Bathroom small but more then ok. The only little thing the bed was way to soft for me. Would recommend the hotel.

Lovely one night stay in one of the superior single rooms. I was greeted with a smile by the concierge when checking in and checking out. The room was modern, impeccably clean, and comfortable, and had everything you need within. I definitely recommend the Jade, it was all round avery positive experience.

AMAZING

Such great value. The room was comfortable, clean and had good facilities. The staff were so nice. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller here and in the area. Convenient for getting into central London (Earl’s Court) I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN!

Asked for air conditioning in the hotel before I booked, and they only had a fan. Was a little warm at night, but everything else was great. Such a great location, and the staff is very helpful. Would definitely stay again, just not in the summer.

Could be cleaner. The pillow could be better. There’s a lot of sounds of pipes creaking through the night. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. The room was bigger than I was expecting. The staff were very kind. Thanks!
