Excellent location. 5 min walk to Elephant and Castle tube. I easily walked to Waterloo and Victoria......and I'm 57 !! The area felt safe and i really liked the local colour - especially the Colombian restaurants. One just around the corner did an excellent breakfast. Despite the busy location i found it very quiet. The flat itself was in decent condition though the exterior etc could hsve done with a lick of paint - but if you are not too concerned with the looks then this is a very good place to stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I was told by the host that he didn’t have my reservation. I gave him the confirmation number and he said he never agreed to it so he didn’t have a room for me. I stood out in the rain for two hours while I sorted it out. I got the company to put me at another hotel. And after that the owner called me back and said he had the room. I didn’t believe it so I asked Expedia to honor their guarantee. The rep said since the host had a room I had to go with him. And the host gave me a room that was run down and not completed. I think he gave me a room that was being repaired. I don’t see myself doing business again with this company
