Room is small and the reception was nice to help us carry baggages. No lift and house keeping forgot to refill the shower gel . Only merit is location to kings cross .

1. 部份員工態度惡劣，行李存放沒人看管 到達時間較早未能提早入住打算寄存行李在酒店，早上的那位員工態度非常惡劣，也沒有提供協只說了‘the second room’然後讓我們自己走進去，感覺很不安全，門也沒有鎖上，任何人都可以走進去。 之後下午回去check in，那位的員工態度尚可 2. 有大行李的人不用考慮 雖然入住前已知沒有電梯，但無法想像，走廊超級窄，樓梯也是又斜又窄，整條樓梯都是歪的，拿着大行李根本是惡夢 3. 房間又熱又侷促沒有冷氣 房間超級熱，英國當時是平均12-18度，晚上更涼一點，但房間像有發熱機似的，地板都是燙手的，像在桑拿，但因為太累必須要休息，吹着不太涼的風扇，很勉強地睡了一晚 除了近車站以外，沒有一點值得欣賞 就是預算有限，也請不要選擇這個酒店，你會後悔的 A Nightmare Stay at this hotel!! Avoid at All Costs! Our stay was an absolute nightmare. The first red flag was the rude staff member we encountered in the morning. We politely asked to store our luggage as we were unable to check in early, but the staff member simply grunted "the second room" without offering any further assistance. The room had no lock and was completely unsupervised, meaning anyone could walk in and access our belongings. Thankfully, another staff member we met during check-in was much more helpful. But the problems didn't end there. The staircases and corridors were incredibly narrow and steep, making it a nightmare to navigate with our large luggage. The room itself was much smaller than described, and the air conditioning was a complete disaster. Despite being set to a cool temperature, the room felt like a sauna, with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees. It was impossible to sleep in such uncomfortable conditions. To sum it up, avoid this hotel at all costs, even if you're on a tight budget. The rude staff, dangerous storage situation, and unbearable room conditions make it a truly

Only reason gets one star is due to location, very well situated for St Pancras and King's Cross. Other than that no other good points. Appreciate Georgian building so difficult to do anything about room size, however everything is extremely basic, bed not comfortable for couple, carpets felt grimy so never removed socks. No USB points. Bathroom had awful smell and some form of beetle ran across the floor. We did not feel comfortable using the shower the next morning. Only stayed one night but even with location would never return. Very expensive for an uncomfortable stay.

Nice hotel in a great area next to kings cross. Room was clean, good shower. Room slightly on the small side but thats just london, was functional and bed comfortable. Perfect base for exploring. Would stay again.

Stayed here as we had a very early train to catch so from a convenience point of view it was spot on. You get what you pay for, room was incredibly small with a tiny bathroom and the bed desperately needed a new mattress as it was caving in. However the hotel was clean, staff were polite and friendly. We probably would stay again if we were using the Eurostar but it certainly wouldn't be for more than one night.

Qua locatie is dit hotel ideaal. Metrostation King's Cross ligt op 2 minuten afstand. Echter, verwacht weinig van dit hotel. Een 1persoonskamer is heel klein en verouderd. Mocht je last hebben van claustrofobie, zou ik dit hotel gauw overslaan. Badkamer met douche is zeer klein. Bed is niet gemaakt voor mensen die langer zijn 1.81m.

The hotel is outdated and the rooms are extremely small. The triple room in particular felt very cramped. The double bed was also very small (I think 120 cm, which is hardly what you’d call a double). We thought it smelled a bit musty. For the price, you can’t really expect much more. The staff were friendly. A big plus is the train and underground station, which was just a 3-minute walk away.

Good location near to Kings Cross Station. On arrival the Receptionist was not welcoming. On reaching my room the lights were not working in the bathroom. Went down to report itbut the Receptionist said nothing could be done intil the mor. On departure, i mentioned this to a different Receand he said that i should have been moved. This was not offered! Poor customer service

Convenient hotel within walking distance of King’s Cross station and the metro, in a nice area of London and also close to the British Museum. Good balance between price and quality. The room was fine, although the curtains could use a bit more cleaning. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a well-located and practical place to stay, especially for a short visit.
