Welcome to our beautifully redesigned and refreshed condo. In November 2022, we replaced all furniture inside and outside. Our island-side unit is completely furnished and fully equipped. All bed linens, cooking and eating utensils are provided.

We have added two large smart TV's in the master bedroom and living room.

Our building is located on the marvelous white sand beach of Longboat Key.
Enjoy a dip in a calm, blue and warm water of the gulf or the conveniently located heated pool.

We are located within walking distance to Publix, CVS and other stores that you may need for necessities.

Longboat Key has put itself on the map as one of the best island getaways in the world and of course, the best in Florida. The beaches around here are pretty famous because of their unfiltered beauty and private island feel.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

Units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.


On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.
