"The walks to the bay and Gulf were shorter than we anticipated (bonus: a couple of restaurants are a short walk away, too). Sunrise over the bay just a few steps from our unit, and sunsets over the Gulf just across the street. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, with plenty of space. And the pool area is very well maintained. Overall, it's exactly what we wanted from our Longboat Key getaway."

"The obvious is the location and balcony with unobstructed view of the Gulf of America. Sitting out on the balcony with the Gulf breeze and watching the sunset is awesome. The pool is rather small. There is no dishwasher but the Frig appears bran new. The large Samsung TV in main room was great as well as all the channels, Netflix etc. Bed very comfortable. Sofa Bed is very hard. "This is a wonderful resort, right on a wonderful beach and spacious rooms (we had a suite). However, we also felt that the various up charges were uncalled for. For example, we were charged $35 or so per day for the use of 2. beach chairs and an umbrella. Given the cost of the room, one would have thought that the use of these would be complimentary."

"Location to the beach was wonderful. Steps from crystal clear water. Pool was nice and clean as was the room itself. It is small, I wouldn't recommend more than 2 people stay, anymore than that would be a tight fit, but could work if you needed it to. Location to restaurants and shops wasn't convenient for someone who did not have vehicle access so keep that in mind if you don't have transportation available. Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. It was a quiet location which was nice. Host answered questions timely and was helpful when needed. Over all good experience."
