Located on a superb pristine beach with next door shopping at Whitney Beach Plaza, this property offers this two-bedroom, two-bathroom spacious end unit villa. Imagine spending your days lounging by the community pool, enjoying a game of tennis, or sipping margaritas under one of the property palm huts scattered throughout the private beach. Unit #336 offers comfortable furnishings and with amazing beach views all just steps from the community pool. The highlight of this spacious unit is the large enclosed patio with slider doors that open to the warm Gulf waters. With plenty of reading chair, sofa and extra dining on the patio area this will surely become your beloved spot for relaxing and unwinding.

Front row seat to the beach, sunsets, and storms!

We live on the lanai, eating, reading, napping. This property has a view of the beach and the conservancy so we can see it all. An egret passed in front of us, a black bunny scampered across the path before us. The unit has enough space for 3 adults to spread out and do their thing. There are lots of books on the shelves, tons of beach towels. I left a beach umbrella for those who prefer to read at the shore as do I. The kitchen is well supplied. The couch invites a slouchy sprawl We loved it and will return again.
