Staff was courteous, very nice front desk and house keeping. I paid for early access and once we got to the room, the toilet was clogged and towels all over the floor. We notified house keeping and they advised us of the situation and someone would take care of it. We had to leave the room for a few hours until it could be fixed. I would appreciate my fee back for the early arrival.
