Las Vegas Stratosphere Tower Hotels

"Room was clean. Self check-in worked well. Restaurant choices limited. Escalator to parking not working entire stay. Key cards stopped working, took an hour to get security to the room to fix it."

"Parking was free in the parking structure. You don't deal with staff checking in. Its done at a liosk. Great for kids becuase of the theme park. It isnt cheap. Kinda pricey. Room was decent. Stayed in the remodel tower. My kids loved it."

"It was a longish w ait to check in. Also, the QR code the receptionist gave us was out of date for the outlets in the free beverage scheme. The bedside light didn’t work and one of the bulbs in the bathroom needed changing as it kept flickering. Apart from that everything was absolutely fine."

"The property is currently under construction and the noise level travels for multiple floors up and down. Construction was taking place on the 6th floor and the noise was unbearable on the 11th floor where I was originally located. The front desk suggested giving me some ear plugs to mitigate the noise levels, until I insisted I either be moved to another room or another property. They lost a package overnight I had delivered and tried to charge me for a package handling fee at checkout. The in bedroom tv was offline and it took 3 engineers and 45 minutes to resolve the issue. The worst part of the experience was the lack of customer service in general and with the assistant director specifically. When speaking with her, she presented unnecessary issues I experienced, caused by the property, as the property coming to my rescue or doing me a favor. Her attitude was combative, her tone and tenor unprofessional and unacceptable."
