“The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. In retrospect I wish we had chosen this option,……
