Staff was polite. Room was ok, but refrigerator door was not secured on the hinges. If the breakfast had been ready, it would have only been waffle machine and cofffee, which was suppose to start at 6:30 am. However, we came to lobby at 6:30 and no waffle batter was there yet, so we had to leave with only a cup of coffee.

Are stay there is always wonderfully. Everytime we stay there . It's like a place away from home. And every there you can made or own waffle and they even have good coffee as well strong , medium. And light coffee.

The room I checked into had not been cleaned. I had to ask for new linen and towels. I couldn't use the shower curtain as the curtain rod was hanging off of the wall. There was makeup smeared in the sink that was never cleaned out. Maids came and went, but only the bed was straightened. There was no cleaning done. The recent? renovations were very poorly done and it shows. Very half assed in every way. I'm pretty sure the owners lived in the room above mine, as there were kids running around and music from a stereo system (definitely not the tv) could be heard day and night. I had to use my noise cancelling headphones and I could still hear it. The staff were very nice, accommodating (when asked), and respectful. The property was rough though.

Booked a 3 queen bed-room. Arrived to be told it wasn't available. Said it didn't have A/C. I said don't need A/C. then said there was a water issue, and we couldn't use it. Didn't feel like finding another hotel so took a 2 queen bed-room. Paid and went to room and all you smelled was cigarette smoke. Went back down and said room smelled. He said OK and told me he refunded the room. Checked my CC and it only had the charge not the refund. Tried calling and every time I called it rang for a while then hung up. Place is a dump. I have stayed at Super 8 before, and they were great. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. Also, the breakfast area only had 1 table. Stay at the Country Inn and Suites. 2 hotels down and awesome breakfast included.

When we checked in we were given the key and nothing else was said about if there was breakfast or when. The room itself seemed clean but up keep on room is not good at all. The hook on the back of the door was broken off the tub was old and you could see cracks on the service. I will say the pressure on the shower head was very good. The beds were actually comfortable. The pillows weren't that great. You get a soft, medium, and hard one. Oh, and our toilet ran all night! Our coffee maker must not have been cleaned cause there was a tea bag still in there. From what I could tell about breakfast you could make a waffle. There was coffee but the sugar was poured into a coffee cup and you spooned it out, same with the creamer. Not sure that is the most sanitary way to serve these condiments but seems to fit with the rest of the place. This place certainly needs a major update and it is very dark in the hallways. Yes, it served the purpose for what we needed it for and I'm certainly glad the bed was comfortable.
