「Didn't need parking 」

「Every where was immaculate, I had a single room and there was even an iron and board in the room, which was beautifully decorated. Cliff the host was so welcoming and the breakfast was delicous, so much choice always cooked fresh. Will definately be coming back」

「My wife and I could not fault anything about this hotel except for the unfortunate breakdown of the elevator resulting in my wife and I having to descend four flights of stairs both of us have mobility problems with stairs」

「I was shocked on arrival that they would not accept a card from Google Wallet and insisted on an actaual card. What possible difference can it make. Fortunately there was someone else in the party who had a card on them. Really., in the 21st century.」

「Beautiful room, lovely sea view, the only negative was the discrepancy in the website bar prices and the hotel bar prices. When I queried they just said they'd had a problem with them not matching up and my large wine was nearly £5 dearer than the website price! Just meant I only had one!」

「Really nice greeting when we arrived, communication was great, as we were arriving later on in the evening. Room was clean and very quiet, so got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was continental and covered all the bases.」

「Everything was excellent. There was one issue with a noisy water pump that was fixed promptly as soon as we brought it to our host's attention. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large. Location is good: quiet but within easy walking distance of town. Eateries very close indeed.」
