Très belle maison

Très belle maison avec tout le confort. Juste un petit souci Il y a une odeur de suie dans certaines pièces qui est très désagréable. Sinon, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire était charmant et à l écoute de nos demandes

Lekker zwembad redelijke woning, jammer dat er geen airco was mede omdat toen wij er waren de temperaturen rond de 38 graden was. De oven was niet te gebruiken en de afzuigkap was kapot. Weinig tot geen schaduw rondom het zwembad en met 2 niet hele stabiele parasols waren er te weinig schaduwplekken te creëren. Het poolhouse was zeker een plus, maar werd eigenlijk veel te warm en de overkapping was ondank het afdak overdag veel te warm. ‘s Avond heerlijk om daar te vertoeven. Huis was schoon!

Wspaniałe miejsce dla pełnego relaksu. Cisza i spokój, własny basen, piękna Toskania wokół. Brak wifi wydaje się kłopotliwy, a w konsekwencji idealny aby odpocząć. Bliskość Sieny, Florencji czy San Gimignano powoduje, że jest co zwiedzać. Piękny szczyt Pratomagno zachęca do lekkiej wspinaczki, a widok zapiera dech w piersiach. Wspaniała farma samego Stinga to tylko 30 km (Tentua Il Pallagio). Trzeba jechać - po prostu.

Insgesamt sehr gut

Der Service war sehr freundlich. Aufgrund eines Dauerstau von Brenner bis Verona Süd kamen wir sehr spät, trotzdem wurden wir noch spät empfangen. Wir bekamen Tipps, wann und wo Märkte in der Nähe stattfinden, konnten sehr guten roten Landwein und ein super Olivenöl kaufen, auch die Wasserqualität wurde öfter geprüft. Es gab WhatsApp-Kontakt, falls z. B. etwas bei der Bedienung der Waschmaschine nicht klar war, oder plötzlich Elektriker sich hierher verirrten und niemand wusste, wo sie was austa

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit kleinen Abstrichen

Zunächst einmal die Lage wenn man angekommen ist: Absolut traumhaft am Ende einer Stichstrasse (ungeteert) auf ca. 680m Höhe mit fantastischer Aussicht nicht zuletzt aus dem Pool mit Infinity Randgestaltung. Allerdings ist die Anreise auf den letzten 300 Metern eine Herausforderung! Sehr starke Steigung und unbefestigt. Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit ausreichend Gläsern und Geschirr, Backofen allerdings defekt und daher nicht zu nutzen! Kein WLAN ;-) Ruhe satt! Einkäufe 20 Minuten Fahrt.

Very nice house in the Tuscan mountains

The house is located in a very small, pittoresque village in the mountains. There are many nice walking paths near the house. You do need preferably your car however to reach the bigger city of Loro Ciuffenna down the hill. We were greeted by a neighbour, G., who showed us the house and was always accessible for questions during our stay. He also provided very nice wine and olive oil. Would definitely recommend this vacation house!

Licht aber auch Schatten

Schönes Steinhaus in absoluter Ortsrandlage. Zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Essen, Getränke) muss man ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Grundstück und Pool sind gepflegt. Das Haus selbst ist innen sehr dunkel, z.B ist ein kleines Küchenfenster verschlossen und kann nicht geöffnet werden. Eine sehr enge, steile Wendeltreppe führt ins Souterrain und ist aus unserer Sicht für kleine Kinder ungeeignet. Die Schlussrechnung war fehlerhaft (50 Euro Strom zu viel berechnet), wurde aber korrigiert

Die Unterkunft liegt abseits v...

Die Unterkunft liegt abseits von allem Stress des Alltages. Wenn es nichts ausmacht, dass man für Einkäufe ins Auto steigen muss und die Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist man hier mit ausreichend Platz, einem tollen Pool und viel Natur genau richtig. Reisetipps: Keine Autostunde und man ist im Zentrum von Florenz, in Siena und Arezzo. Es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugstipps und gute Restaurants.

Das Haus ist schon wegen der ruhigen Lage für Familien empfehlenswert. Man ist für sich und hat aufgrund des großen und umzäunten Grundstücks alle Möglichkeiten, Kindern den freien Lauf zu lassen. An sonnigen und warmen Tagen nutzten wir den Pool ausgiebig. Er war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine Zwischenreinigung fand nicht statt. Das Haupthaus selbst ist feriengerecht ausgestattet und bis auf kleinere Makel hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit und Funktionalität (defekte Lampen, schwer schließende Türen) auch ansprechend.Kleiner Tipp: Der Bauer gegenüber ist sehr freundlich und bietet Olivenöl und Wein zum Verkauf an. Man muss nur das Gespräch suchen und wird dann mit offenen Armenien empfangen. Reisetipps: Poggio di Loro lohnt eine kleine Erkundung, da der ansonsten unscheinbare Ort interessante Gässchen und Häuser zu bieten hat. Auch Loro Ciufenna, welches nur wenige Kilometer entfernt liegt, ist einen Ausflug wert.Das "Va Pensiero" – mitten in der Altstadt gelegen – ist eine gute und preiswerte Pizzeria, bei der auch auf die Bedürfnisse von Kindern geachtet wird. Das gilt überhaupt für Italien, weswegen wir immer wieder gern hier Urlaub machen.
