「Overall this is an excellent property in a fantastic location. Our only complaints - you can tell its seen a lot of renters and pets. There was a smell when we arrived that was like wet dog and urine. The upstairs carpets have also seen better days. The second issue is some of the obvious signs of rental usage that could easy be fixed - loose door knobs, weird locks, gates that don't work, etc. In the end, we loved our stay and highly recommend this house.」

「This house is huge and exceptionally well equipped with anything you might need. The outdoor spaces are lovely and it is great for large groups. The kitchen has many sets of dishes and cookware galore. There is even what we called a coffee room with lots of specialized coffe equipment. Light switches are labeled which really helped! The rental group is highly responsive. 」

「We absolutely loved this property and would stay again if back in the area. Every room in the home was as advertised, and the elevation made for spectacular sunsets every night. We especially liked the patio areas, the community swimming pool, and access to the common areas and activities at the resort (including a wonderful horseback ride!). Being only 10 minutes outside of the downtown Plaza area was super convenient but also provided relief from the downtown crowds.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Tatum. The property is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard and nice, fenced yard for wandering around.The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, as are the linens and towels, and the kitchen is cozy but very functional and well equipped.Caroline was very helpful getting us checked in and showing us around the property. We didn't end up needing to contact her for anything during our stay, but I'm sure she would have been very responsive.All around a lovely stay.」
