General Rules of the house :
General
• Maximum overnight stay: 8 guests.
• During the daytime, up to 12 people may be present on the property (please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional daytime visitors).
• Overnight guests must be registered in the booking.
• No loud noise or music after 9:00 PM (respect the neighbors).
• Alcohol may not be consumed outside the property or on the street.
• No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard.
• No illegal activities of any kind are permitted on the property.
• No strangers or unregistered guests allowed.
• No parties, events, or pets are allowed.
Pool & Jacuzzi
• The pool does not have a fence and is open at all times. Use at your own risk.
• The pool is for adults only. Children may use it only under guest’s full responsibility.
• Jacuzzi is heated only upon request. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance so we can turn it on remotely.
• Jacuzzi use is allowed until 11:00 PM (quiet hours for neighbors).
• Please let us know once you finish using the Jacuzzi.
• Jets work automatically.
• On some Mondays, after pool cleaning, use may be restricted for a few hours.
Property Services
• Pool cleaning service: Mondays.
• Gardener: Tuesdays.
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional hourly rate.
Commercial Use
• Commercial filming or photography is subject to an extra fee and must be approved in advance.
Safety & Responsibility
• Guests must lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
• Candles, open flames, or fireworks are not allowed.
• Parking is allowed only in designated areas. Improperly parked vehicles are the guest’s responsibility.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, stairs, and kitchen.
• Any damage to property (including furniture, appliances, or amenities) must be reported immediately. Guests are financially responsible for damages.
Important Notice
• Violation of these rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or early termination of stay without refund.
Liability
• Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and belongings.
• The host/landlord is not liable for any loss, theft, injury, accidents, or damages, including car or parking-related incidents.
• By booking, guests agree that all personal property and activities during the stay are at their own risk.
