A fantastic bungalow

We were two adults and two small dogs staying in this lovely bungalow. It is definitely a place we would like to stay the next time we have to visit family in the South Bay. Our favorite part is that the bungalow is cozy and clean. it could almost be your own. It felt very good. It was a neat surprise to find I could charge me plug in prius outside to have a consistent 10 miles charge for getting around the Beach Cities. Everything was clean, it was like a miracle of cleanliness! My two areas for improvement is #1) provide more bins for recycling and food scraps. It's the law in CA now that we all need to do our part to reduce waste that ends up in landfills. Separating recycling (paper, aluminum, glass) and organics (orange peels, food scraps, coffee grinds, paper towels) is mandated by the state in all counties including LA County. A large recycle bin needs to be provided inside the home and a smaller composting bin with the compostable green bags needs to be set up on the counter. We ended up doing this on our own, but like I said, it's now the law and so this should be provided. 2) although there's nothing to be done about my second qualm, I was not a fan of staying so close to PCH purely because of the exhaust fumes when you go outside. /// This bungalow is a gem and a wonderful central location to the Beach Cities, Long Beach, and PV Peninsula. A great find.

Nice Place, Central to the South Bay

We live in the area, but needed a place to stay for a few days while work was going on in our house. So a nice staycation for us. We appreciated how comfortable, well decorated, and well thought out the place was. For example, towels and linens, coffee maker/coffee, toaster, microwave, plates/knives, TV services, wifi, laundry, all nice and available. And there were labels on all the light switches - a nice touch! Also walkable to some good places to eat and drink, and central to a lot more places.

Very Clean & Well Stocked

Really Clean. There were a basket of towels in each room as well as the bathroom. As well as coffeemaker (Keurig), electric kettle, refrigerator, plates cups, pots & pans, coffee, creamer, tea, etc. Simply but nicely furnished. Backyard with nice patio & landscaping was a wonderful surprise. Very restful. I would stay again. Only recommendation is the front steps need at least one rail. We were all over 60 & they were a little steep. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Just perfect

This is a great little house in a quiet and clean neighborhood! I stayed here with my 2 dogs and at no time did I feel unsafe or uneasy walking them, even after dark. The location is about a block in from Pacific Coast Hwy which makes it easy enough to get around and find food, etc, but also far enough so that you don't get the noise from the traffic. The neighbors were friendly (briefly spoke to them while unloading the car w/ my dogs) The house itself was super clean, everything was easily discoverable and kitchen and bathroom had all the essentials. Sinks worked, appliances worked - all the details. The two bedrooms aren't huge but plenty of space for 2 couples. The living room has a very comfy couch and a nice, large, round dining table. There is also a converted garage space with laundry machines and a smaller couch to sleep on, which leads to a beautiful, clean fully-fenced yard with BBQ (my dogs enjoyed hanging out there). Cesilia (the host) communicated very well and promptly prior to the trip and during, and really gives a sense of security that you won't be stuck if something were to go wrong (though nothing did during this trip). I am DEFINITELY going to ask to stay here again on my next trip to soCal, especially with my dogs - who seemed to love the house as much as I did.

We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint home in Lomita. It was very clean, we loved all the accommodations. Couples robes in each room, laundry room, soaps in the bathroom and shower, clean towels and anything and everything you need in a kitchen. It was great to have a drive way for our rental car and not have to search for street parking. Trader Joe’s and restaurants are walkable with a nice walk through the neighborhood. Our host was available via text and was very professional. The backyard is shaded with a patio cover, a beautiful large palm tree, lots of seating and there’s even a pizza oven! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to California!

Amazing property

There are so many amenities at this location, we especially loved the pizza oven in the backyard. We went to Trader Joe’s which is in walking distance and grabbed some frozen pizzas, heated them up in the pizza oven and they were amazing. We loved everything about this place. The owner was so sweet, very accommodating and communicated well. I hope we get the chance to book this place again!!!

Well appointed cozy comfort

Nicely located to shopping and dining by walking. From the entry into lovely space complete with pet basket… to the spacious backyard… fairly private courtyard feel… the space was stylish, comfortable and the most”well appointed” b and b on earth!.. complete kitchen everything you need to cook… sharp knives, nice dishes, pans , coffee maker, pour over, French press, cartridges , etc… everything you need and more.. just bring your clothes…nothing else needed, no assembly required! games, music, comforters, wagon…barbqv, fire pit,outdoor dining, pizza oven, local bird life serenades, you will enjoy this!!! I did…what all bed and breakfasts should be like.

Lovin' It in Lomita

The house is comfortable, and the host is welcoming. It was very clean and well-organized. It's decorated warmly and tastefully. The yard is decent-sized with chairs, tables, and a large well-lit patio. The neighbors were quiet, yet you must remember that this is 150 feet from PCH, a very busy large street. You'll hear some traffic at times, but it wasn't a distraction for me. We brought our dog and the host left a treats basket for her! If you're headed to the South Torrance, Harbor City, Lomita area, you'll be pleased here.

So many amenities

Clean, tons of great amenities such as lotions, soaps, perfumes, deodorant. Laundry, dog stuff. Probably one of the best VRBO'S I have stayed in. We hade a wedding close by so it was perfect. Ate at Norm's, great breakfast diner.

Perfect Getaway!

Loved this charming little home! Great fenced backyard with everything we needed. Beautiful flowers and great outdoor living. The inside was also perfect, very clean and comfy. A great place to hang out, or a base for exploring LA. Short walk to everything, including park, shopping, dining, and super good donuts-LA style! Can’t wait to come back.

This was a great place to stay before I headed out on a cruise. It’s 4 miles from the terminal. There was a nearby shopping center, but I mostly enjoyed relaxing in the back yard. Ceselia was a great host from beginning to end!

Lovely property!

What a great house! Very clean, and the property manager has thought of absolutely everything to include. Our stay was very comfortable, and we will be back! Centrally located right next to Rancho Palos Verdes and one block off the PCH.

Just Amazing!

This has been one of the best experiences I've had staying in a Vrbo. The place was not only super clean but just perfect for us. It is a small but roomy functional home that is so cute and had everything we needed and more. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The host was the best, she made our stay just perfect, she answered all of our questions, and was extremely kind, communicative, and understanding. Would definitely recommend for your next stay!

Perfect space for comfortable visits with family and friends

We were impressed with the responsiveness of the property manager, the casual decor all in good condition, and the ease of both checking in and out of the property. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to host dinner parties with family and bake for the holidays! The tidy backyard provided extra space for relaxing and reading.

Always a Pleasure!!

This is our second time at this house- it is always clean comfortable and perfectly located for us. Love the neighborhood- it is safe with a small town feel. There is a great pizza place right across the street- couldn't ask for anything more!

Cute & Comfortable with a Great Location

Great location! Right next to a lovely park, walking distance to Wholefoods and a movie theatre. Was here for work but I would bring my whole family next time! Check in was easy and the host was very responsive- everything was great!
