*The Wi-Fi in the unit is shared with the neighboring property. If you encounter any connectivity issues, please let me know promptly.

*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.

*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

the home is beautiful! Canaan is very responsive. The house was clean. Visible marks on walls and broken items but the house was very cute. Beds super comfortable. The neighborhood was a little concerning at times and neighbors were making loud noises. Trash around the property. But I would come again because the owner was great and the inside was great 🩷.

The best thing about our stay was the excellent communication with property manager. Too bad the property did not meet expectations. It was definitely not clean. There was trash on the floor in the kitchen from prior guests, food crumbs on the kitchen counter, family room floor and master bedroom floor. There was hair in the master bathroom shower and on the floor - not ours! Towels were nicely rolled and displayed on each bed but they were all very damp. We were going to dry them, but the dryer was full of sheets and towels from prior guests so we had to hang them over the shower enclosures to dry. The unit below us was also a rental, and the occupants chose to ignore the "9pm quiet hour" and played loud music until after 3:00 a.m. both nights. This information was also shared with the property manager during our stay.

Our stay was wonderful 😊 The owner made communicating easy. It was so nice to come back to the house each evening and relax after very long working days. The house is close to all the restaurants and shopping you want. Recommend!

100% recommended!

This space was perfect for our 7 person trip! Each bedroom had enough space for two people and the common space fit us comfortably. The host was lovely as well. He was so accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I really liked that there was a cleaning service that came before and after us. The place was spotless upon arrival and we didn't have to worry about it at check out. I will note that with having so many people, there weren't enough towels for everyone to have their own but it really wasn't a big deal. Overall, this place was perfect and the host was incredible!

Space is nice, newly updated and spacious. My only negatives were communication from the management team was slow and the off street parking is difficult if you have more than one car. Make sure you don't run any major appliances at the same time.

Great location and property

We had a great stay at this home, the location is good and very central whether you heading up to Hollywood or down to the beach. Great neighborhood, very quiet and great parking which is a HUGE benefit! The property was spotless and everything in the place was pretty much brand new, couldn't ask for more. The host was super attentive, full of information and responded very quickly to my questions. Can't recommend this property enough!
