I stayed at this rental for 4 nights and I will be staying there again next month for 4 nights. This rental is 100% automated check-in and access. There are no people at this facility. Spacious rental. Toaster did not work and kitchen did not have a cork screw or skillet. I asked the property management company if they should be included, and they said yes, however they did not resolve the problems before I left. Centrally located near Union Station. Close to Little Tokyo and many restaurants.

All the towels in the bathrooms had tags or stickers on them, indicating they were never washed after they were purchased. 😝There was not enough water pressure in the kitchen sink to rinse crumbs down. And we had to park in a pricey off-site garage each night because the property parking garage was "full."

チェックインの手順が現地に到着してネット環境が繋がるようになってから受信したのと、駐車場の利用方法も送られてきたやり方とは異なる部分があり、チェックインにかなり時間を要しました。 全１０日間の宿泊だったのですが、４日目の夜に明日のチェックアウトについてとのメールが届きました。そこで私がオーナーに連絡をしていればよかったのですが、そのままスルーしたら、次の日の夕方ホテルに帰ってきたら、部屋に入るパスコードが変わっていて、中に入ることができなくなってしまいました。オーナーにメールをしたのですが、返信がすぐには来ず、電話は繋がらない状態でした。ようやく２時間後くらいにパスコードの再設定のメールが届き、中に入ることができました。しかしオーナーのメールの内容は非常お粗末なものでした。 良かった点としまして、コスパはとても良かったです。調理器具や食器も一通り揃っていたのと、洗濯乾燥機もあって助かりました。

The stay was great, they allowed us to drop our bags off early which helped a ton. The process was overall very easy. We had one small problem that was resolved very quickly. Room was clean , as was the whole building. Definitely would reccomend.

The united stayed in was nothing like the image that was advertised. The kitchen did not have basic amenities found in rental homes like can openers and the stove still had plastic items in it. The keypad nvr worked properly. Our family had to be together in order to enter the unit since only I had access to the door. The a/c’s did not work well and the curtain above the bed was not placed properly so it fell on us in the middle of the night. The staff were kind but it seemed there wasn’t a good understanding of the issues in the unit. None of the rooms had working smoke alarms. There was only one in the entire unit that was plugged in.

I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars

Absolutely unacceptable – avoid at all costs! This property is completely misleading and looks nothing like the photos shown online. We stayed as 4 adults, and the so-called “living room” was practically unusable, with only a tiny couch and almost no seating. The beds were a disaster. The springs were sticking into our backs, and we woke up in pain every single day. Getting proper rest was impossible. One of the bathrooms was clogged from day one. Despite contacting the host multiple times, we were completely ignored. For 6 days, 4 people were forced to use just one bathroom—this is simply unacceptable. The location felt unsafe. At 5:00 AM, I woke up to noise right next to the window. When I opened the curtain, a homeless person was literally leaning against the window going through the trash. It was frightening. Parking was chaotic with zero organization—everyone just parked randomly wherever they could. This stay completely ruined our vacation. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about my stay at this property. Let me begin by saying that the listing is very misleading. You believe you are booking a property in Downtown Los Angeles, but it is actually located in Boyle Heights. Communication with both Expedia and the property management was frustrating and disappointing. I originally booked the property expecting a vibrant Downtown Los Angeles location, and only after booking was I notified of the actual address in Boyle Heights. I admit I had enough time to cancel, but unfortunately I did not notice the change until it was too late to receive a refund. Cleanliness The property was very dirty. There was dust everywhere, and I even found a dead insect behind the bed. I can confidently say the floors were not swept, vacuumed, or mopped. The bed sheets had crumbs on them and smelled like they needed to be washed, and the towels were the same. The bathroom doors were dirty, and there was dust on the ceiling fan. Overall, the property needed serious cleaning. Location: despite the misleading listing, the location itself was fairly convenient. Even though it was in Boyle Heights, it was only minutes from both the 5 and 10 freeways, with plenty of Mexican bakeries, grocery stores, and a Walgreens nearby. The neighborhood may appear sketchy at first, but we did not experience any issues. We kept the curtains open while I cooked and my son played, and we could even watch the children at the elementary school across the street.

ドジャー・スタジアムでの観戦をメインに５泊した。ダブルベッドでは眠れないので一人一台、四台のベッドがある、食費を浮かせるためにキッチンがある、徒歩圏内にスーパーがあるを条件に探していてこちらを見つけた。 良かった点 ①立地　申し込んだのは『Premier Apts in Vibrant Downtown LA』だが、オーナーが同じなのか実際泊まったのは『Historic Loft and Homes』で更に地下鉄の駅から近くなった。部屋から『ミヤコホテル』の大谷さんの壁画が見える。 ②広さ　ベッドルームとバスルームが二つづつあり、とてもリラックスして過ごせた。 ③備品　ほとんどの物が過不足なく揃っていた。コーヒーメーカーと洗濯機、乾燥機が部屋にあっていつでも使えるのは本当にありがたかった。 ④屋上テラス　それぞれが落ち着いた時間が過ごせた。 ⑤レスポンス　メールするとすぐ返事が返ってきて助かった。 できれば改善してほしい点 ①備品　どうやって使うのか迷うものがあったので簡単な説明書きなどがあると良かった。 電子レンジ等が使える状態になっていなかった。ブレーカーを探してやっと解決した。到着時間やその後の予定の関係でスタッフと会う時間が取れなかったせいもあるかもしれない。 水切りカゴとワインオープナーがあるともっと良かった。 ②洗面台　栓がすぐ閉まってしまい水が抜けづらかった。 改善してほしい点もあるが、それを差し引いてもとても快適な宿泊体験で、とても満足！

Based on everything experienced yesterday, I honestly believe there was something seriously concerning about the situation. If not human trafficking something sort of like that. The people that contacted me gave me a different address, asked for a copy of my license and a selfi. They sent me a registration link and none of the data on there matched the Premier Apts advertised. They had my Expedia account info but kept asking for my phone number. Everytime I asked a question they didn’t answer. When I arrived at the property it was not the property advertised and it seemed like very odd situation. Also why as for my Id and copy of my picture if I was just checking in. It’s almost like they would eventually come looking for someone that matched my ID and picture. At the property only saw a construction type worker that did not approach us and it felt very unsafe. I called the number on Expedia site but the person was very evasive and didn’t readily have my information. Aka Expedia tried contacting them and they did not respond. This was very concerning. I was traveling with family. I felt so unsafe that we chose to book a hotel. The fact Expedia didn’t vet this company is more concerning or maybe it was a breach. But I’d like more information from Expedia on how this occurred.

​We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this modern penthouse. Our group of six (including three children) found the space incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-designed. ​What really set this place apart were the thoughtful details. After landing in town, arriving to find snacks and milk waiting for the kids was an absolute lifesaver. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing all the essential hygiene products, which made our stay completely hassle-free. ​The location is perfect. It is conveniently just one block from the metro station and a quick two block walk to all the incredible food and hangout spots Little Tokyo has to offer. The apartment itself feels very fresh and recently built. In terms of comfort and quality, it easily compares to a 3.5 to 4-star hotel. ​Highly recommend this spot for families or groups looking for a vibrant, stress-free stay in downtown LA!

初めてのロサンゼルス一人旅で5泊利用しましたが、とても満足できる滞在でした。 無人チェックインでしたが、事前案内が分かりやすく、メッセージでの対応も丁寧だったので、不安なく利用できました。 部屋は清潔で、キッチン、洗濯機、食器類など必要な設備が一通り揃っており、長期滞在には最高です。Wi-Fiも快適で、不便を感じることはありませんでした。 特に立地は想像以上でした。徒歩数分でリトル・トーキョーに行くことができ、日本食レストランやカフェ、お店が充実しています。日本の食材やお弁当、お惣菜を購入できるスーパーも近く、旅行中にとても助かりました。ユニオン駅も徒歩圏内なので、空港や市内各地へのアクセスも良く、とても便利でした。 一人で利用するには少しもったいないくらい広いお部屋でした。ベッドルームにはダブルベッドが2台あり、ソファも大きく、3人なら十分ゆったり過ごせます。小さなお子さんが添い寝できるご家族であれば、4人でも快適に滞在できると思います。2〜4人で利用すると、設備や立地を考えても非常にコストパフォーマンスの高い宿だと感じました。 一点だけ気になったのは建物のセキュリティです。オートロックですが、住人や宿泊者の後ろについてそのまま入ってくる人を何度か見かけました。また、玄関ドアが開いたままになっていることもあり、防犯面では少し気になりました。宿側だけで管理できることではないと思いますが、注意喚起などがあると、さらに安心して利用できると感じます。 総合的にはとても満足しており、ロサンゼルスを再訪する際にはぜひまた利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
