It was one of the most humiliating and discriminatory experiences I've ever had. I have diagnosed PTSD and Epilepsy so my companion is of course my sevice buddy who when outside is always on a leash and more chill than I am. I read that someone's stuff went missing. So I decided that when I was not there I did not want anyone in my room. So I politely informed housekeeping that I would keep it tidy and I knew she had more than enough work and that I would only need towels. My stay was for 3 days. I paid 4 more day online because I had an appointment and wouldn't make it on time if I had to get my belongings and organize them. So I informed front desk and he said B4 you pay management and housekeeping supervisor want to talk to you. I found that so odd as I was gone all day and came at night. So they both started with the fact that they needed to perform a room inspection because of me not allowing anyone in the room and I said because of their policy that if anyone steals that is not their problem. So they said that since I had a dog that they could damage the room. Long story short they said that they knew know that there were federal laws about service animals but they had different laws in their hotel and animals were not welcome. To please not to extend my stay another and vacate the premises in the morning. They then from my deposit kept 50.00 because of dirty towels. One that I used to dry the bathroom floor after showering and the other to wipe theifilthy AC/Heat unit
