"Let’s start with location around the property they have many places to eat nearby. I was greeted when checked in and received complimentary cookies and they were nice and warm. The room was spacious. The only little detail on my end is limited tv channels but overall was a great stay."

"Staff took a while to get back to the front desk when we first arrived. Breakfast is just average…no eggs or bacon, just waffles & cereal. Is within walking distance of touristy things & only a 15 minute drive from Disney."

"The elevator did not work so we had to lug all our luggage upstairs. Also the breakfast was not really breakfast. The toilet wasn't working and my brother had to come fix it. Also the tub was leaking. "

"When we first arrived, I was greeted by Jaydee. She helped me check in and was very courteous. The hotel lobby was nice and has a Starbucks and restaurant. We got to the room, it was not the one I had reserved. I went back to the front desk and Jaydee assisted me with a new room. Our new room was on the backside of the hotel however, there were only stairs and the elevator is way on the other side. I talked to one of the housekeepers and she told me the elevator was only located in the middle. So we lugged all our stuff, for the second time, to the elevator. There are only two and they located in the middle of the hotel. That was very inconvenient. The room was a little small for three people. We had a king size bed with a pullout couch. The couch is horrible though. It’s not a traditional mattress, it just folds in three sections. The bed was okay, but the pillows flatted as soon as Iaid on them. The room was clean and had good amenities (towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). It was mostly quiet. Heard some ppl talking and slamming doors sometimes at night. The hotel is located on a busy street so you can kind of hear the traffic and it can be difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot. It is located just a minute or two from Knott’s Berry Farm and across the street from Porto’s, Medieval Times, Pirate dinner, adventure, down the street from The Source and only a few minutes from other shopping centers. The location is very convenient! "
