"We stayed here for three nights and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The elevator was out of service at the time and our rooms were on the fourth floor! But not a big deal because health and fitness presented itself, so four flights of stairs we go with three little ones! Got to our rooms and they were decent and clean. The TV in our room didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal because we had plans throughout the day so we weren’t gonna watch any TV, but it would’ve been nice if it was working so we could watch the local news. Our sink was clogged and come to find out there was a leak We didn’t get a chance to try out their breakfast. "

"The hotel and our room were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the front desk and valet staff were very professional and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm vacation."
