"Lugar muito bonito e confortável. No entanto nunca tem ninguém na recepção, quando encontrávamos alguém o funcionários estavam perdidos, não sabiam dar informações ou não respondiam com clareza. Muito difícil o acesso. Taxi, Uber e remixes não encontram o local da hospedagem perdíamos mais de uma hora para tentar que um táxi fosse ao local. Na volta sempre se perdiam ao nos levar de volta. Aconselho ter carro próprio ou alugar para ficar nessa hospedagem "

"Super amazing and the best ever! Receptionist was the sister of the owner - and she was over the top helpful and hospitable! She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! "Do not stay here.
Grossly overpriced. We were literally the only single guests in the entire hotel which was incredibly creepy and made us feel unsafe. The owners of the hotel live there, and they were about the property throughout our stay which was weird.
They are terrible at communication and messed up a lot of things for us, which cost us real money as well. Their concierge efforts are horrible and communication was very difficult.
This was also the middle of their high season so there...
