「I had a very pleasant stay overall. My room was very clean and comfortable. While the curtain had a slight tear and the AC unit cover was broken, the rest of the room was quite nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing (I’d love to know where they got them). 「The place was packed due to a concert at MAC. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome. It was the best night's sleep I had all week (our Airbnb had a very firm/uncomfortable bed ) on this overnight stop towards home. They did run out of biscuits at breakfast due to the crowd from the concert, but I improvised with gravy on toast. 」

「The room did not look clean. Once walking in there was stains on the beds. They were stains on the towels. There was mold and dirt in the trashcan. The door handled to the room was falling off. I had to screw the screws back into it myself to feel safe glad we brought our dogs. There was just an awful feeling about the whole place. there was also dust everywhere in the room. I booked the room online paid for it already online told them I was bringing two dogs with me and once I got there there...

「The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. 」
